Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, günstige Lage zum Stadtzentrum und ein rundum guter Service.

Cons:

Die Verbindung zum Parkhaus am Bahnhof sollte vorab klar kommuniziert werden. Bei 2 Parkhäusern in unmittelbarer Umgebung ist es sehr wahrscheinlich, dass Gäste ihr Auto erst im Parkhaus abstellen und dann einchecken. Dort kommt die Info dann zu spät.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Hotel, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, abwechslungsreiches, sehr gutes Frühstück, Personal sehr freundlich, Zentrum/Altstadt gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Mit Blick auf die Bahnhofsnähe konnte das Fenster nachts nicht geöffnet bleiben.

Gute Lage. Hoteleinrichtungen sauber.

Cons:

Beistellbett ist nicht zu empfehlen. Klappbett mit dreiteiliger Matratze,die ständig auseinanderrutscht. Sehr warm im Zimmer. Klimaanlage gesperrt

Ein Hotel, das wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen werden!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, hochwertige und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, ein Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt, Pflegeprodukte im Bad von Rituals, Wasserflaschen werden auf dem Zimmer täglich kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt, Näpfe und Hundebett für den Vierbeiner, Parkhaus direkt gegenüber vom Hotel - wir waren mehr als zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Für eine Übernachtung ganz solide.
Pros:

Die Stadtnähe und das Frühstück hat uns am besten gefallen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Cons:

Mir wurde VOR dem Checkin SCHRIFTLICH bestätigt, dass ein Zustellbett für ein Säugling in einen der beiden Zimmer gestellt wird. Nach dem Checkin gab’s die böse Überraschung: es war nur eine Beistellcouch, die bezogen wurde. Diese Beistellcouch steht wahrscheinlich grundsätzlich in jedem Zimmer, zumindest im anderen Zimmer stand die auch. Trotz der Beschwerde an der Rezeption, hieß es einfach nur „alle Zustellbetten seien vergeben“. Das war sehr enttäuschend und unprofessionell (für ein vier Sterne Hotel erst recht). Wir konnten auch leider nicht um 21:30 Uhr einfach das Hotel wechseln und mussten improvisieren. Auch die Ausstattung mit Bademantel und Badelatschen war nicht in beiden Zimmern gleich. Die Fenster konnten wir leider nicht öffnen maximal auf Kipp. Der Saunabereich ist nicht erwähnenswert, maximal mit zwei Personen nutzbar.
