Nice and helpful staff but overpriced for what you get.
Pros:

I liked the team on reception, they were professional and helpful.
Overall the hotel was in good condition and clean, as would be to be expected given how new it is.

Cons:

I thought the overall price was quite high for the size and facilities in the room.
I was dissapointed in just how many corners appear to have been cut - keycards made of cardboard that easily stop working, and the room itself was very small especially the bathroom. It felt more like a room you would expect in a major capital like Singapore, with the way it was packaged - very cramped. It is the smallest hotel room I have experianced in Australia but far from the lowest cost. So felt it was not value for money.
Note - breakfast, overal good atmosphere and offering, but many of the cooked items were cold or close to cold e.g. sausages and mushrooms.
