Good stay and will stay again.
Pros:

Good value for location and relatively well maintained.

Cons:

The Roller blind would not close completely reducing our privacy from neighbouring buildings. A previous Guest had wrapped a bag around the fire alarm sensor on the ceiling and obviously not noticed or reported by cleaning staff. This was a definite safety issue.

Restaurant was pretty much non existent only a few fried options finding the entrance when arrive was difficult no visual signage more parking would be great also the qr code for room service or meals didn't work and the tv glitched a lot

Overall happy with the stay, the option to include breakfast in the price was a feature I wanted
Pros:

Everything was good

Cons:

I had trouble understanding staff and their explanations.
The shower kept going from good to very hot to cold without me changing the mixer tap, a bit frustrating.

Great facilities in a central location - best for business travelers
Pros:

The stay was good. Staff were friendly and the facilities were good too. The room was small but ok for a 1 night stay. Everything was well maintained and kept to a very high cleanliness standard.

Cons:

The beds were not the most comfortable and breakfast was below average. Some of the serving dishes were empty (no bacon for example) and not being topped up frequently enough for the number of guests having breakfast. Paid parking offsite was also not ideal, but I understand that is how the hotel is set up.

Pros:

Very new and modern

Cons:

Breakfast! No plates - had to wait 5 minutes for them to be replaced, then they’d run out of knives and forks. Run out of bread for toast and no one monitoring properly.

Close to the convention venue but will warn friends of the parking situation.
Cons:

I was part of a nearby convention along with many other stayin here for at least 3 nights. The staff were totally unprepared for that many for breakfast and ran out of food before it could be topped up.

I was very disappointed about the parking situation. I understand the Maroochydore CBD but there wasn't even a forecourt where you could drive up to check in and drop your luggage.
