Pros:

smart design of rooms, new hotel, great rates, funky lobby/bar/coffee shop area, its world class for the price and rating. I am a member of IHG and they really know how to run a hotel, treat customers and present a property! well done guys

Cons:

Overall a great stay, but a couple of suggestions that would really elevate the experience for guests.

A rooftop BBQ would be a fantastic addition. While dining out is always an option, having the ability to cook — especially for those with specific dietary requirements — would make the rooftop space far more usable and enjoyable. From the listing, it gave the impression there may be a BBQ area, so ensuring this is available (or clearly communicated) would be a big plus.

Parking is probably the main area for improvement. For a non-CBD location, it feels a bit excessive to have to pay additional parking fees on top of the accommodation cost. There is nearby council parking, but it would significantly enhance the guest experience if parking were included or at least subsidised as part of the stay.

There are open-air parking options nearby, however these don’t always feel secure — my car was unfortunately vandalised and involved in a hit-and-run during my stay, which really detracted from the overall experience. Having a secure, included parking option would make a meaningful difference for guests.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay, just a few practical improvements that would take it to the next level.

Pros:

Good value for money and included breakfast !

Cons:

We drove around for 20 minutes whilst using Google maps trying to work out which building it was. Finally I parked and got out of the car and walked around to try to find it . There was a very small plaque at the front door and nothing else. . When I mentioned it to the staff member she said they were renovating and had removed the sign off the top of the building. This does not help at all when I am driving around at ground level. There needs to be an A frame on the footpath and/ or a sign at ground level.

Very nice staff and competent
Pros:

I like it because it was super clean and the helpful staff . It was a very hard to find as there was no signage and was very frustrating.

Cons:

I don’t like the fast that I couldn’t find the property because of the lack of signage
