Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and breakfast was superb. Also the lift was great as I had just had a knee replacement.

Cons:

Bournemouth is quite hilly and going downhill into the town was fine but back up to the hotel. Phew !!!

The property was quite nice and the staff were great. Would stay there again but during a cooler time of year
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location, breakfast was good. Property has an elevator and a small pub.

Cons:

because of the current heatwave it was way too hot, no AC but had 2 fans (still hard to sleep). The bathroom lacked shelving or any kind of storage area. Limited parking

Ein schönes Hotel, nettes Personal und ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind sauber, ruhige Umgebung. Kurzer Weg zum Strand.

Cons:

Zimmer wirken steril. Fehlt vielleicht ein Farbkleks

It's one of the best hotel in town if we'r talking about to price and the value they offer.
Pros:

We loved how friendly the employees of Grove Hotel. They explained the hotel's rules and benefits very clearly. Room was extreamly clean and tide. Location amazing, you can walk to town or beachs around 12mins by walk. Price and the value is extreamly fair!

Cons:

Bed and pillows would be more comfortable cause we couldn't sleep well, it was a bit short if you are more than 178. We stayed on standart small room. The locker was broken so we kept our personal belongings at car, but it wasn't an issue so we didn't report. There is not a fridge so if you plan to having a drink at night don't purchase anything outside to keep it cold, but honestly they have a great cozy break room and bar which is open 7/24 so it's also fair enough. Shower was extreamly small and hard to turn around hehe but it's fine.

Pros:

Chap on reception very helpful and knowledgeable. Lovely hotel, so close to all amenities. Our second time staying

Cons:

Having to pay £10 for carpark but was informed if we pay directly next time it would be free

Great location for our owner night stay and would stay again.
Pros:

Location was perfect for visiting Bournemouth - we had a twin room which was a really good size, plenty of space. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Too expensive for what they offer

Cons:

no soup or shampoo in our toilet.
only one towel for two people
super warm, no air conditioner
I have the feeling they did not prepare the room for us. However when I booked the place I received a message with all the requirements to stay in here. I do feel a bit uncomfortable and unwelcome.

The room has a fan, but it was not enough to cope the heat.

Hotel bardzo podstawowy, wszytko bardzo stare i wysłużone ale czyste .

Hotel jest w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji . W samym centru a jest cicho i spokojnie . Personel bardzo miły i pomocny.

Cons:

Śniadania bardzo minimalistyczne .
Bardzo mała kabina prysznicowa . Człowiek większych rozmiarów miałby kłopot się tam umyć .
