Clean,staff were wonderful and quite loved it.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the room was a very good size, and all the staff were extremely helpful. This is the first hotel I have been in that had help call buttons in the room, top of stairs etc. The location was very quiet.
Actually there was nothing to dislike and my lower score for location was unjust for this hotel the problem was the council were changing over 3£ per hour to use their car parks.

Booked accessable room. Beautiful and roomy with a walk in shower and grab rails. Staff were lovely and super helpful. Breakfast was buffet but all hot items were cooked to order. We don't drive so had to rely on public transport but hotel was perfectly positioned between sea front and station.
Very beautiful and clean room, had everything we needed, and was very close to the beach. Area was safe, staff were absolutely wonderful!
Amenities like hair dryer and iron can only be found at the reception, I realised that a bit too late (totally on me) but something to remember next time!

I had a great stay at The Grove Hotel in Bournemouth. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and all main attractions.
The staff were the highlight of my stay — extremely friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. They made everything smooth and comfortable from check-in to checkout.
The hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout, which made the stay even more pleasant.
Overall, a really enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
Fantastic location, immaculate rooms, attentive staff, good quality bedding, fluffy towels, delicious breakfast…the list could go on as there were so many positives! A well stocked bar too!!!

An unbelievable hidden gem in the middle of Bournemouth.
Had a well-stocked garden which has been established a long time with exotic plants and flora from various parts of the world dating back a while I would say.
Staff went out of their way to help and the rooms are massive with conventional windows to let in fresh air.
Bathroom was clean and had both a bath and a shower
Breakfast was spot on and the breakfast room was huge and adjacent to the lovely garden.
Excellent stay and I only wish is that I could have stayed longer.
On a final note there is a filling station within a two-minute walk open 24 hours with an ASDA Express shop inside.
Bus stops for the Railway station also in one direction and to Westbourne in the other direction

A lovely slightly dated hotel , clean and comfortable. Lovely helpful staff. Breakfast was very good . Real value for money l would certainly use this hotel again.
