Hotel jest w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji . W samym centru a jest cicho i spokojnie . Personel bardzo miły i pomocny.

location was perfect as we could walk down to the sea front for a birthday get together.

A lovely hotel. We had an amazing greeting by Roberto upon arrival who looked after us throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was ample and cooked by a lovely young man. Very good location. Would certainly stay again.

Eigenlijk niets. Wel een hoger gelegen locatie dus naar het strand is voor ouderen misschien lastig. Later bleek er iok een bus te gaan.
Elegant hotel met een aangename sfeer, gelegen in een groene omgeving. Mooie comfortabele kamer. Het personeel is hartelijk en servicegericht. Vlakbij het strand en het centrum.

Spotlessly clean
The hotel was more like an old people’s home than a hotel . Odd furniture , very cheap bedroom curtains that did not fit the window , bedroom windows blown . Basic bathroom facilities no toilet rolls just a tissue dispenser like a public toilet .
Booked two rooms through booking.com with some friends expecting what I thought was a good deal . To find my friends had phoned the hotel direct and got a better deal , and paid less for three nights than we did for two , theirs including breakfast and car parking also .
When checking in we asked if they could do anything for us re parking or breakfast to be told ! No you should have booked direct and Not through booking .com then you would have got free breakfast and free parking !
Parking was £10 per day we paid the parking but refused to give the money for breakfast so chose to give an independent cafe our money for breakfast .
So disappointed with this hotel and the attitude of the staff . Wasn’t the stay we were expecting . The garden is more like a public park with random members of the public coming in and eating prepackaged sandwiches and having picnic’s .
This hotel has potential but needs a total renovation , and some matching furniture not random sofas that look like they have come from eBay ! Disappointing over price trip away !
The staff, especially the manager, Roberto - friendly, helpful and very efficient.
The breakfast -- standard "full English" and also lighter options.
The room - good size with a spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed.
The location -- 10 minutes walk from town centre in one direction and the beach and pier area in another, and a bus stop a minute's walk away that gets you most places a tourist would want to go.
Just quibbles -- the house is old and could do with a bit of maintenance here and there, eg repainting window frames.
The bathroom "freebies" -- they only provide liquid soap wall dispensers, no shampoo, conditioner, shower cap.
There's a cabinet clearly meant to hold a mini-fridge but it's empty. Would have been really really useful to have had a fridge in it!
And this isn't their fault but be aware that if you end the day tired and would rather pick up something to eat in, than go out again -- there isn't anywhere to buy closer than the town centre. The convenience store in the petrol station opposite is useless. (And you can't buy stuff to last a couple of days cos there's no fridge).
Staff were very friendly and very accommodating, nothing was to much trouble. The room was clean and tidy with coffee and tea facilities and the bed was comfy. Though it was a short stay we will be returning at some point.
Shower was a bit small.
The room and en suite were very good, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was magnificent.
It has a twenty-four hour bar, so that already-inebriated youths came in after closing time in Bournemouth and made sufficient noise to wake us on the floor above and keep us awake at 3.00 am. Not the best experience.
Large room, clean, comfortable. Friendly staff. Quiet. Breakfast ( extra charge) was very reasonable.

Parkplatz gut und fair.
Zimmer lag in Richtung einer sehr lauten Straße, schlafen mit offenem Fenster unmöglich. Andere Zimmer können evtl. deutlich besser sein.
Die Dusche ist relativ eng.
