Half Board is a daily Resort Credit of €30 for adults and €10 for children, which can be spent at the various bars and restaurants.
The resort credit is valid only during your stay and must be used before check-out (12:00 PM). Any remaining balance will not be refunded.

If you are traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 per pet, per night, applies. Maximum 1 pet per room with a maximum of 15 kg. Pros:

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful and we had lots to choose from. It is close to the city center and we enjoyed walking every night. The staff was nice and helpful. There were events every night which made it fun too. The room was spacious and the bed was divine - the best one we ever had -hugeee! Lanzarote was absolutely perfect and if you decide to visit you won’t regret it - I actually cried when we had to leave the hotel and the island, even though we weren’t leaving home but to another island.

Cons:

These are minor things and don’t affect our score but just details that could be improved - There were no ash trays on the tables outside (we had to ask the bartender that wasn’t in a good mood) , we missed vegetables for breakfast and the snack menu was not good - it was expensive and we got cold sandwiches

Pros:

La comida y las actividades del hotel son geniales. Si vas con niños se lo pasan genial, de cualquier edad. La playa a 5 minutos andando. Puedes llegar en autobus des del aeropuerto sin problema.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación dejaba que desear. Se notaba que iban muy rápido limpiando y había bastante pelusa, sobre todo debajo de las camas.

Localisation à 5/10min à pied de la plage et des restaurants
Nombreuses places de parking gratuite pour l’hôtel ou devant celui ci (facile de stationner)

Cons:

Gros bémol : la propreté de la chambre. Le sol n’était pas fait quand nous sommes arrivés. Résultat : les pieds noirs si on marchait pieds nus… De plus, même si nous avons signé un papier nous permettant de réduire le service de ménage à 1 jour sur 2 (avec changement de la literie et des serviettes tous les 4 jours), nous n’avons eu le droit qu’à seulement un nettoyage de la chambre (sur un séjour de 5 nuits et 6 jours) qui était assez partiel (le sol toujours pas nettoyé, de la poussière sur les meubles, des traces sur la TV…). On trouve que cela est inacceptable pour un 4*.
Caution de 10 €, seulement en espèces, par serviette de piscine (on vous demande sinon d’aller retirer de l’argent à l’ATM à côté qui prend 4 € de frais…), donc 40 € pour 4 serviettes… et si vous voulez changer la serviette car elle est sale, vous devez payer 1 € pour la changer… (service seulement disponible de 10 h à 13 h…).
Chambre un peu bruyante le matin (selon les vacanciers à côté de vous) et le soir (tous les soirs, il y a un chanteur jusqu’à environ 23 h / minuit dans le lobby avec la musique forte, donc compliqué de se coucher tôt car la musique résonne dans tout l’hôtel et seulement simple vitrage.

Pros:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was our third stay at MYND Yaiza, and there's a very good reason we keep coming back. The hotel continues to improve every time we visit. You can clearly see the investment being made, from the beautifully maintained grounds to the little improvements throughout the hotel. Everything is kept immaculately clean, and the staff work incredibly hard to make sure guests have a great stay. We stayed bed and breakfast, and the breakfast was fresh every morning with plenty of choice. I'd much rather see fresh food replenished regularly than unnecessary food waste, and we never struggled to find something we enjoyed. We also noticed that the hotel has introduced a new digital system for guests on half board, allowing them greater flexibility in how they use their dining credit throughout the day. It's a fantastic improvement and another example of the hotel continuing to invest in making the guest experience even better. The hotel feels very safe, and I was more than happy for my son to explore independently, whether that was popping to the hotel shop or taking part in the activities. It really is a relaxing place to unwind. We did experience one issue during our stay, but I want to give credit where it's due. The management team listened, took the time to understand our experience, and handled the situation professionally and with genuine care. Their customer service and follow-up were very much appreciated. A special thank you for the unexpected room upgrade – it made our holiday even more special. We made some wonderful memories together, and we're already looking forward to returning for our fourth visit.

mooi hotel, leuk zwembad, vriendelijk personeel
Handig om een budget te hebben bij halfpensioen zodat je dit ook kan spenderen aan ijsjes en drankjes in plaats van elke avond in het restaurant te eten.

Cons:

Het buffet ben je na enkele keren wel beu.
