Half Board is a daily Resort Credit of €28 for adults and €14 for children, which can be spent at the various bars and restaurants.

La comodidad de la cama y su amplitud
La poca variedad del buffet, y la poca fruta fresca que tenía era bastante mala. Por las noches casi no había fruta fresca, casi toda la fruta era en almíbar.
Het ruim opgezette complex met veel zwembaden, op loopafstand van de boulevard en strand.
Niet mogelijk om bij de poolbar eten af te halen hiervoor moet je naar binnen in het restaurant (maart)

Experiencia muy negativa con Booking.com.
Reservamos un hotel que resultó estar en condiciones insalubres graves: suciedad evidente, fuerte olor a humedad/moho y, literalmente, mocos pegados en las paredes. Tuvimos que abandonar el alojamiento el mismo día sin consumir ninguna noche.
La situación fue comunicada inmediatamente en el hotel, donde una empleada del equipo de Guest Experience, Vanesa, tuvo una actitud poco profesional, sin empatía y sin ofrecer ninguna solución real ni alternativa de realojamiento.
Aportamos a Booking pruebas claras (fotografías y reclamación oficial), pero aun así su respuesta fue inexistente en términos reales.
Booking:
- No ofreció solución
- No gestionó realojamiento
- No protegió al cliente
- Y se limitó a derivar al hotel y ofrecer un 10% en créditos (inaceptable)
La sensación es clara: cuando hay un problema grave, Booking se lava completamente las manos.
No actúan como garantía de nada, sino como un mero intermediario que desaparece cuando lo necesitas.
Después de esta experiencia, no recomiendo usar Booking.com en absoluto.
Literie confortable et personnel aimable .
L'ambiance "cantine" au self pour se restaurer le soir et au petit-dejeuner .
Le matin, une file interminable devant l'une des rares machine à café en fonctionnement car il y en avait toujours 2, voire 3 sur 4 en panne !
La difficulté chaque matin, à trouver une table libre pour petit-dejeuner . La médiocrité des plats proposés en demi-pension .
L'affichette collée sur la table chaque matin interdisant, sous peine d'une amende de 20euros, de rapporter de la nourriture en chambre m'a choquée : je pense qu'il y a des façons plus courtoises d'informer sa clientèle plutôt que de la menacer .
Et surtout, le manque total d'insonorisation des chambres : le bruit des pas au-dessus de notre tête, le vacarme produit par les tuyauteries des douches et wc des chambres avoisinantes . Bref, nous nous endormions lorsque le dernier voisin s'était douché, et nous nous réveillions dès que le premier sautait hors du lit ... épuisant .
El hotel está genial, y la habitación muy bien. La cama comodísima.
El buffet en general está bien, algunos platos mejorables pero hay mucha variedad.
El baño tenía luz escasa.

Location not too bad 10 min walk to center.
Lovely pools but not heated like some of the other nearby hotels, so didn't really get used as our weather was cooler.
Breakfast was included and had a good selection but very busy
We booked a room with a terrace and were allocated a ground floor room that faced out to the back with a view over waste land that had camper vans on it. All the standard rooms face outwards to road or car park
The room fell small even though it was for 3 people and there were no hangers for clothes..
There were no rooms available for them to swop us to so we ended up paying to upgrade to a junior suite, which was a lovely room and overlooked the pool
Pool.shoild have been heated like some other hotels.
Bar. Had entertainment but not really any space as just the hotel lobby area.

La habitación tenía cero privacidad, todos los huéspedes que pasaban por delante a través de la terraza todo el rato podían ver tu habitación y no era nada privado. Además la habitación y el baño son abiertos, algo totalmente incómodo sobre todo cuando viajas con niños. Nos dieron una habitación que conectaba con puerta con otra, y se escuchaba todo de al lado. El olor a cañerías del baño era terrible y se esparcía por la habitación. El buffet de cena es malísimo calidad-precio, no compensa para nada.
Todo, las instalaciones, las piscinas preciosas. El desayuno espectacular y el personal amabilísimo.
No hay nada que no me haya gustado. Volvería mañana mismo.
