Top Design, nettes Personal, Potential für bessere Menüs im Restaurant.
Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtetes hotel, schöne Zimmer, bequeme betten, toller SPA Bereich, gutes Frühstück. Auch sehr toll, dass man Fahrräder kostenlos ausleien kann, das haben wir sehr geschätzt!

Cons:

Die Menükarte für das Essen der Kinder ist nicht nur sehr stark üüberteuert,sondern hat nicht unbedingt das drauf, was Kinder mögen. Für € 28 pro Kind bekamen unsere Kinder Chicken Nuggets mit Pommes. Die Pommes gingen zuerst vergessen. Auf Nachfrage kamen sie dann, triefend in Öl. Pasta mit Tomatensauce kostet € 20 für ein Kind. wow.
Auch die Speisekarte für das Abendessen für Erwachsene, insbesondere die mediterrane Karte, braucht ein Update. Hier werden praktisch ausschliesslich exklusive Gerichte verkauft, die dann aber entweder nicht wirklich schmecken oder winzig klein sind.
Es wäre gut, es gäbe auch einfach ein paar nicht so fancy Optionen auf der Karte, die man einfach gerne isst.
Das Hotel ist auch nicht wirklich für Kinder optimiert, Kinder sind dennoch willkommen.
Das Hotel könnte sich, was Kinder anbelangt, ein Vorbild an Four Seasons nehmen: Hier essen kleine Kinder kostenlos, die Grösseren bezahlen einen kleinen Preis für die kleinen, sehr kindoptimierten Menüs. Gemüse mit Dips, Pasta etc. Auch wird dort überall an Kinder gedacht, sei es auf der Toilette ein Hocker fürs Waschbecken.

Very nice retreat hotel
Pros:

The Hotel facility is very modern and nice. Especially the gardens are amazing and you can enjoy yourself there in a quiet corner or at one of the pools.

The indoor pool is also very nice as well as the gym, which provides full equipment and machines as well as courses.

Via the hotel, you can book tennis and golf classes in the nearby clubs which I did. It was amazing and the whole area there is very beautiful. The hotel also offers bike for free rent. This is super convenient if you plan to visit the close by town Santa Ponça. You can also opt for the shuttle service which is also free of charge.

The room felt very mallorcian and was super comfy and clean. I had a really nice view to the mountains and the tennis club.

The à la carte restaurants (lunch and dinner) are very good, the food is really delicious, good quality and there is a gold variety of options. The breakfast is also very decent and offers a good choice for every taste and is made super fresh.

The staff is also very friendly and service oriented which adds to the experience quiet well.

Cons:

When I arrived, the toilet and sink was clogged. But the staff dealt with it within an hour and very professional.

The room door was not really sound proof. So, if someone passed by at the hallway, I could hear every word and step. Luckily, my room was at the very end of the hallway, so that the traffic was limited.

The outdoor pools are only open until about 5 pm. This sometimes limits the wellness factor if you just came to the hotel from an activity earlier.

Beside all the very small downsides above (I am a very picky traveler), one major downside is the price for food and drinks. While I get it that meat is costly, even a veggie salad is about 22€. A scoop of ice cream as a dessert at dinner was 10€. Sparkling water was 6,50€ per 0,5 liter. Luckily, I had some water and snacks with me so that I was able to spare dessert and bigger lunch meals and ate my own stuff instead.

A fabulous stay in a luxury boutique hotel
Pros:

Staff decor location food pools

Cons:

The only issues was we booked a twin and had it confirmed - went to room and it was a double but was advised housekeeping would change. 2hrs later no change and was advised we had to wait till the morning. We asked for an extra duvet but disappointed our 19&17 yr olds had to share a bed

Wunderbares Hotel zum Verwöhnen lassen - absolute Weiterempfehlunf!
Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit wunderschöner Anlage, grosszügigen Zimmern und sehr zuvorkommendem Personal. Der Spa Bereich ist toll und ich hatte dort die beste Massage meines Lebens!

Cons:

Das Essen an der Poolbar war nicht ganz so hochklassig wie erwartet.

Maten höll inte en bra nivå för att vara på ett 5 stjärnigt boende
