Pros:

They charged me more The reception girl is terrible, no customer service., the pool is small for the number of rooms , They have 2 but it is the same size maybe for 4 or 5 people to be comfortable

I enjoyed the view of the property to the ocean. I enjoyed my room. You have to walk up and down much to go to the office to check in or check out but it is what it is. Overall, nice, beautiful place, and good service!

Pros:

El hotel perfecto pero la atencion en la recepcion fue mala, la recepcionista de nombre abril nos dio un cuarto en el último piso donde el aire no se daba abasto (los del hotel ya saben esa situación) nos cambió pero antes nos dijo que no podía porque estaba lleno, sin embargo sí había disponibilidad. También nos dio una tarjeta mal configurada por lo que tuve que ir a recepción (subir escalones y rampa) para que me la cambiara. En fin sus modos ante la situación no fueron los mejores.

Pros:

Great service, from everyone working there, clean your room everyday, only bad thing is that i never got hot water on 1 restroom even after i complained a few times, so i just gave up. Had a 9 month old baby thats why that mattered.

+ Nice property a short walk from the beach and with 2 pools, a restaurant and good views of the ocean.
- Check in was a pain and despite being first 4 or 5 other families that arrived later were assigned rooms before us. All the staff were good apart from the check in team which could have done better - these first impressions matter.

En general bien pero ojo con el cloro en piscina
Pros:

El personal es muy amable y atento con los huéspedes, el estado general del hotel es muy bueno solo considera que hay muchas escaleras así que no es muy amigable para personas mayores o con dificultades de movilidad. Las albercas están muy lindas pero con bastantes químicos por lo que pueden irritarte la piel o los ojos
