No me encantó la comida del restaurante, calidad muy comercial para el precio. Y tristemente no hay muchas opciones de comida por la zona.

Instalaciones incómodas, comida de calidad media baja y, sobre todo, pésima actitud del staff.
Pros:

La ubicación está O.K., no muy lejos de una playa pública, pero sin acceso directo. Fuera de eso no tiene muchas otras cosas agradables.

Cons:

Es caro para lo que ofrece. Sus políticas parecen estar diseñadas en contra del cliente. El staff no tiene idea de cómo tratar al huésped. Los meseros son hostiles. E.g., no te quieren dar dos llaves por habitación a menos que pagues; compré una botella de mezcal en su bar y me cobraron las naranjas; pedí dos veces seguidas el mismo desayuno y la segunda vez me sirvieron la mitad de porción --cuando reclamé, me dijeron que el que estaba mal era yo, que no era el mismo platillo (su carta tiene como cuatro opciones, tampoco es como se pudieran haber confundido). El pan está más seco que la arena; el hotel está lleno de escaleras y a éstas, como a las áreas comunes y albercas, les falta iluminación. Íbamos con personas de la tercera edad y fue difícil moverse con ellos en la noche. La recepción está en el quinto piso y te hacen subir hasta allá si necesitas algo. Finalmente, las habitaciones son de un hotel de dos estrellas, pintadas con colores fríos e ¡iluminadas con luz fría! He estado en salas de hospital más cálidas. Al aire acondicionado le falta mantenimiento, etc.
