Konumu hemen tren istasyonun önünde, ulaşım rahat. Mutfak malzemeleri açısından oldukça yeterli ve yeni malzemeler mevcut. Hemen girişinde market bulunması oldukça avantajlı.

Cons:

2 ay boyunca konakladım. Yastıklar çok kötü, çarşaflar adeta naylondan. Duştaki basit bir sorun bile 2 hafta boyunca giderilmedi. Oda temizliği gününde yapılmadı ve bunu belirtmeme rağmen şu an temizlik şirketiyle sorun yaşadıkları; benim sıramın şu an geçtiği ve 5 gün daha beklemem gerektiği söylendi. Israrlar ve şikayetim üzerine temizlik 8. gün yapıldı. İlk kez bir otelden böyle bir cevap ile karşılaştım. Temizliğin yapılmaması sanki müşterinin eksikliğiymiş gibi davranıldı. Otelin interneti defalarca kez arızalandı ve birkaç gün boyunca internet kullanılamadı. Yine haftalar boyunca whatsapp erişiminde kısıtlılık mevcuttu. Otele şikayetlerinizi belirttiğinizde çözüm bulmak yerine sadece haklı olduğunuzu söylemekle yetindiler. Ve “bu hafta teknik servisimiz yok, bu hafta temizlik şirketiyle sorun yaşıyoruz” gibi cevaplarla haftalar boyunca müşterilerin sorunlarına çözüm bulmuyorlar.

Schönes Hotel für München-Touren
Pros:

Viele Ablagen im Zimmer und im Bad, ausreichend Licht, großes TV.

Cons:

Klimaanlage läuft durchgehend, ebenso die Lüftungsanlage im Bad.
