Pros:

Great location to explore the city (15 minutes walk to Dashashwamedh Ghat). It is worth mentioning that the rooms are accessible through an interior courtyard with some business occupying the ground floor, below the rooms. That means a good amount of noise from the street can reach the rooms (but after all this is India, noise is pretty much a constant). So this might not be a place for tranquillity or breathtaking balcony views, but the service was great, the room was clean and delicious food was available at the restaurant on the top floor.

Busy street, staff with zero customer service skil
Pros:

Only stayed one night of our planned two night stay. Arrived late and staff member at reception checked us in while chatting the whole time on his phone, wholly rude and unprofessional, suffice to say didnt create a good impression. Room was ok but its on a very busy, noisy street, so dont plan on getting any decent sleep if staying. Couldnt get wifi to work, if you dont have indian mobile number youre stuffed. Checked out the following day and moved to the doubletree hilton which was so much better. Staff at checkout dour and unfriendly. Overall wouldnt recomend.
