Не понравилось с первой встречи с администратором. Абсолютно не вовлечен в гостей. Заселил почти сухо и молча. Сунул карточку сказал идите. Пошли искать номер. Нашли . Когда зашли сразу немного потерялись. Когда бронировали номер в карточке номера было указано что он 30 кв .метров. но по факту хорошо если там есть 20. На данный вопрос нам сказали : мы не знаем где вы что бронировали , но у нас нет номеров в 30 кв. М. Типа у них от 20-25. Когда делали бронь , для нас это было важно, так как номера в 20 кв.м были намного дешевле чем данный отель. Никаких решений проблемы не предложили . Очень не понравилось

Номер не понравился я просил на верхних этажах с обзором на море а у меня был обзор на авто парковку и стройку. Да и не было русских каналов по ТВ и холодильник не морозил вообще пили всё теплое

LOCATION, STAFF….Perfect experience
Pros:

Location is superb, sea view room was amazing in early morning and during sunset. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I also liked the breakfast ( quality and quantity). Room was well furnished and cleaned, if you like to swim, beach is directly in front of you. Also I had a lunch and dinner in the restaurant that was amazing ( staff and food)

Pros:

The location was excellent. The rooms were clean. The breakfast spread was good. The staff was helpful.

Cons:

They should include coffees in the breakfast. We had to pay extra daily for our coffees.

Pros:

Die Lage. Personal war sehr bemüht um immer beheflich zu sein.

Cons:

Personal wirkt sehr gestresst. 3 Sterne Hotel 145,00 pro Tag ist sehr teuer. Das Essen war sehr schlecht und jeden Tag das gleich.

Tolle Aussicht, super Lage, schöne Zimmer, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeitende und eine schöne Kombination mit dem Restaurant. Das Frühstück war genial! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt

It was a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Location was good.
Room was comfortable.
Breakfast was good.
Ordered lunch and the chips were the largest portion we ever got anywhere in the world.

Cons:

Reception would not get Spa to call me back as I could not get through?
Would have liked more vegetarian items for breakfast.

Very nice place!
Pros:

The hotel is very nice—beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location, right on the beach. It has a parking lot. Our room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices. Dinner and lunch at their restaurant were also great! The portions were huge; we always ate very well!

Cons:

The only downside is that the windows don't seal properly; when it's windy, you can hear that whistling sound coming through the window, and you can also hear noise from the street—like cars and people.
