A one-night stay in a hotel chain we'd not experienced before. You exceeded expectations so much!
Pros:

We were impressed with the style, comfort, design and ambience of the hotel.
We were surprised though, to be provided with rooms (911 & 1011) that are obviously designed for disabled guests - even though we didn't express any disabled issues when booking. Perhaps these rooms were available for us as we had requested early check-ins?
The breakfast offerings were very impressive, plentiful and fresh. I have to say though, the coffee machines are slow. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

Cons:

Nonthing to dislike!

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel looked, and felt very modern and vibrant. We loved it!

Comfortable stay. Excellent value for money.
Pros:

Very modern, spacious room. Looked newly refurbished. Very large, comfortable bed. Large, modern bathroom. Exceptionally clean. Good sound proofing. Good housekeeping service.

Cons:

Air conditioning did not decrease to the desired temperature, despite changing the settings.

Clean hotel, not far from city centre

Very clean, nice hotel!

The room was very hot and it was hard to use the air conditioning, didn’t seem to cool the room even after completing the steps discussed with reception

Fabulous stay, very lovely team. Clean, stylish and loved the upgrade of room for my partners birthday.
Pros:

Very stylish and clean, super quiet. Comfortable and everything we needed. The views were incredible.
Coffee machine a super bonus.

Cons:

Lack of information when checking in, just given key and told your room is on the 14th floor. The coffee machine didn't stop and overfilled the cup.
