Very clean and rooms were nice
The room was very clean, I’m very picky about it. Good restaurant menu and tasty desserts.
The quality of this hotel was exceptional.

Setting is good
The sound proofing in the rooms was excellent.
The breakfast had a very good selection, the reception staff were brilliant , very clean and comfortable hotel.
The family room could be more spacious, the children’s trundle beds could be higher and additional chairs in the family room would make the stay better, just one seat between four of us meant that everyone had to sit on the beds.
The safe didn’t work in our room and the bathroom could do with a toilet brush.
Good quality city centre hotel, perfect location for Universities and the areas at the top of the city. Hotel is clean and modern with good attentive staff.
Wish it had its own car park being where it is. Multi story is very close but not cheap for longer stays.

We had great stay the Novotel Liverpool (Paddington Village). It's fairly central so we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. For those heading to Anfield, it's about a 30 min walk. The breakfast was excellent with loads of good choices. Coffee from the machines perhaps only a 3 out of 10 would be the only negative.
As mentioned above the coffee from the machines at breakfast wasn't great.

Toilet seat sliding but quickly sorted. The breakfast bread so far away from the classic British meals, put bread and toaster near that
Great new design, very comfy and spacious rooms definitely would stay again
