Pros:

施設は綺麗だし、国内のウェスティンの中でもベッドの質は良い(大阪や仙台よりも)。照明のグラデーションも明暗さまざまあり、よい。プールも水は綺麗だし快適。朝食もウェスティンらしくちゃんとした素材のものを置いてる。

Cons:

チェックイン&アウトに時間かかりすぎ。忙しい時間帯にもかかわらず2人しかいない、増やす対応もない。カウンターは4つあるのに。怠惰でしょう。新聞やターンダウンサービスはリクエストしないとやってくれない、コスト削減マインドで✖︎。歯磨き粉はあの量では1日の利用に持たない、外資系のちゃんとしたホテルなのでビジネスホテル級のものではだめ。このクラスのホテルの部屋にはタオルは4枚置くべきで3枚しかない。プール更衣室にもバスタオル置きなさい、小さいタオルしかないという有り得なさ。

The staff is very welcoming
Breakfast is superb ( seems the variation went back to before covid ) real 4-5 start level breakfast

Luxury feeling

Cons:

Any room does not have any kind of Minato mirai sea view
I changed the room for a better view, it was a waste of money
Parking is expensive compared to that area

素敵なホテルなので待ち時間解消は必須だと感じます。予約のプランに朝食が付いていても朝食会場とお部屋どちらか選べるとありがたいです。混雑しているなら部屋で食べたいと感じました。
