War ganz OK, aber für mich kein 5 Sterne Hotel.
Pros:

Zimmer war gut und ruhig.
Das Hotel hatte eine gute Auswahl an Services

Cons:

Kein Geburtstags Gratulation oder Willkommensgeschenk.
Personal spricht nicht gut Englisch.
Teller werden einem vor der Nase weggenommen am Frühstück, obwohl man nicht fertig ist.
Bar im obersten Stock, wollte keine Pommes Frites mehr verkaufen, da die Küche zu ist. Zimmerservice jedoch schon.

Almost perfect!!
Pros:

とてもキレイで施設的には文句なし。少しアクセスを心配したが、桜木町駅から全然歩ける。ショッピング、美術館も近いので、ロケーションもとても良かった。

Cons:

レセプションでのチェックイン、チェックアウトの待ち時間が長い。
エレベーターの待ち時間が長い。
