A little far from the main Yokohama station but still walkable. Around 15-20min. Something to keep in mind if making day trips.

施設ではないですが、Booking.comの特別リクエスト欄に記載した内容は改めてお電話にてご相談くださいといった話になっており、特別リクエスト欄に記載する意味が無いと思いました。

システム上すべてのお客様の内容をチェックできない可能性があるのかなとは思いましたが、少しばかりの混乱をうむ可能性があると思います。

Gute Lage, komfortable Zimmer, hervorragender Service, leider deutlich zu laut

Schallschutz unzureichend, auch nachts extrem laut durch Motorrad- und Autorennen. Keine Info bei Buchung das über Booking.com keine bonvoy Punkte gesammelt werden können.

Pros:

施設は綺麗だし、国内のウェスティンの中でもベッドの質は良い(大阪や仙台よりも)。照明のグラデーションも明暗さまざまあり、よい。プールも水は綺麗だし快適。朝食もウェスティンらしくちゃんとした素材のものを置いてる。

Cons:

チェックイン&アウトに時間かかりすぎ。忙しい時間帯にもかかわらず2人しかいない、増やす対応もない。カウンターは4つあるのに。怠惰でしょう。新聞やターンダウンサービスはリクエストしないとやってくれない、コスト削減マインドで✖︎。歯磨き粉はあの量では1日の利用に持たない、外資系のちゃんとしたホテルなのでビジネスホテル級のものではだめ。このクラスのホテルの部屋にはタオルは4枚置くべきで3枚しかない。プール更衣室にもバスタオル置きなさい、小さいタオルしかないという有り得なさ。

Any room does not have any kind of Minato mirai sea view
I changed the room for a better view, it was a waste of money
Parking is expensive compared to that area
