Nice hotel
Pros:

The staff at the restaurant was very good. Especially the person named Hana-san. She was very friendly and kind. Also the flexibility in late check out was really appreciative.

Cons:

The room was not ready at 3 pm. It seems that the hotel was a bit understaffed.

The room size, the staff, the bed and room layout

Cons:

Location, it seems close to everything but was actually more than 10 mins walk to places. On a hot summer day that walk is brutal. Most Taxi had a hard finding the entrance to hotel

お部屋は最高だけど、スタッフのサービスは…
Pros:

ベッドの寝心地がとてもよかったです。またチェックイン時のスタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです。
朝食は和食、洋食、中華などがあり充実してました。ワンタン麺がおいしかったです。

電話がつながりづらかったです。

また朝食付きでしたが、オムレツを調理されている方がとても不親切でした。
メニュー表がありましたが早朝で頭も回っておらず、注文の仕方がわからなかったので「よくわからないんですが、トッピングを選べるんですか？」と聞くと「こちらに書いてあります」とだけそ言われ…いまいちわからないまま注文。結局イメージしてたものと違ったので家族分も頼みたく再度注文しにいきました。愛想のないトーンで「ボナペティマダム」と言われたりしましたが、対面で調理される方であればそれなりの振る舞いをされるべきかと思います。非常に残念です。
