お部屋は最高だけど、スタッフのサービスは…
Pros:

ベッドの寝心地がとてもよかったです。またチェックイン時のスタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです。
朝食は和食、洋食、中華などがあり充実してました。ワンタン麺がおいしかったです。

Cons:

電話がつながりづらかったです。

また朝食付きでしたが、オムレツを調理されている方がとても不親切でした。
メニュー表がありましたが早朝で頭も回っておらず、注文の仕方がわからなかったので「よくわからないんですが、トッピングを選べるんですか？」と聞くと「こちらに書いてあります」とだけそ言われ…いまいちわからないまま注文。結局イメージしてたものと違ったので家族分も頼みたく再度注文しにいきました。愛想のないトーンで「ボナペティマダム」と言われたりしましたが、対面で調理される方であればそれなりの振る舞いをされるべきかと思います。非常に残念です。

Pros:

Excellent rooms and facilities. Friendly staff.

Cons:

A little far from the main Yokohama station but still walkable. Around 15-20min. Something to keep in mind if making day trips.

ハード部分や接客などとても良かったです。

Cons:

施設ではないですが、Booking.comの特別リクエスト欄に記載した内容は改めてお電話にてご相談くださいといった話になっており、特別リクエスト欄に記載する意味が無いと思いました。

システム上すべてのお客様の内容をチェックできない可能性があるのかなとは思いましたが、少しばかりの混乱をうむ可能性があると思います。

Mostly great but not perfect
Pros:

Location is ok, bit of a walk to the nearest station or to the waterfront. Room was excellent and up to date, good size for Japan as well. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar only opens at 3pm which can be annoying. The gym was underwhelming. In room dining was excellent, perfection.
