Misleading listing, not a private bedroom and impossible to rest, unresponsive host
Pros:

The location was decent and the building itself looks modern. The rooftop area is nice, but it was often crowded during the day and difficult to use, with more availability later in the evening.

Cons:

The apartment is not as described in the listing. The “private bedroom” is not actually a bedroom, one wall is missing, so it is completely open to the living area with no real separation or privacy.

Additionally, the bathroom is located within this same space, meaning that anyone using the bathroom has to pass directly through the “bedroom” area, in front of the bed. This makes the layout completely unsuitable for what is advertised as a private bedroom.

There is also only a thin wooden partition/door separating this unit from the neighboring apartment. As a result, we could clearly hear everything from the adjacent unit (conversations, music, and even appliances like a blender) from early in the morning until late at night. It was impossible to sleep properly during the stay.

We also experienced a serious issue with the door lock system. The smart lock installed on the door appeared to be a Temu-type device and malfunctioned during our stay, which left us locked out of the apartment for approximately one hour. After gaining access, we were then stuck inside for around two additional hours waiting for assistance, until a staff member provided a manual key. For the remainder of the stay, we had to rely on this backup method to enter and exit the unit. This raised concerns about both reliability and safety.

Cleanliness was also an issue. The sheets and towels had visible marks and discoloration, and the walls and floors were noticeably dirty.

We raised these concerns multiple times, but the property avoided addressing the main issue and did not respond on the Booking.com platform, only intermittently via WhatsApp without providing any real solution.

Overall, the stay did not match what was advertised and significantly impacted our experience.

Era muy cómodo, prolijo, equipado, muy buena ubicación.
Muy lindo! Lo recomiemdo!

Cons:

Habia una obra pegado, 7:15 todos los dias comenzaba, menos los domingos, lo bueno de eso es que te permite aprovechar desde temprano la playa.
La muchacha de la recepción en la mañana, la atención al público, definitivamente no es lo suyo. ( ya habia leido quejas y lo confirmo)

La puerta de la entrada estaba rota… y nos dijeron que la iban a cambiar durante nuestra estancia pero no lo hicieron.

Es un perfecto lugar para la estancia en Playa del Carmen.
Pros:

Está hermoso el lugar, se tiene privacidad y todo está en el lugar. Todas las accesibilidades y muy cómodo.

Cons:

La luz del espejo del baño ya no servía, la ducha no tenía mucha presión, aunque el lugar hace mención de tener estacionamiento ellos no te lo aseguran por disponibilidad

Emplacement pas loin de tout

Cons:

Appartement détériorée quand nous sommes arrivé avec un gros trou de la porte qui laissait croire que l’appartement a été forcé. Nous avons demandé à changer d’appartement.
Nous sommes allé dans l’appartement juste en face qui était en vente.
Pas d’équipement, pas de sac poubelle, éponge, sèche cheveux. L’appartement était sale, une poignée d’entrée à moitié cassée.
Bref plus jamais

La propreté, l'espace, le lit confortable, grand balcon

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas de grille pain. La plaque chauffante laisse à désirer, très long à chauffer et presqu'impossible de faire bouillir de l'eau. Pas de four. Donc, pas approprié pour les cuisinières.
