Att inte städades på 5 dagar och inte bytes handdukar på en helvecka . Och när man påpekade skrev de att man får tvätta dem själv eller lämna in dem till tvättning .

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas de grille pain. La plaque chauffante laisse à désirer, très long à chauffer et presqu'impossible de faire bouillir de l'eau. Pas de four. Donc, pas approprié pour les cuisinières.

Not recommended. Neither Torre Diez nor Booking.com
Pros:

The property manager tried her best to help although it was not sufficient to make our stay bearable.

Cons:

Many things.
1) As my teenage kid approached the entrance of Torre Diez, a dog ran towards him from the property. We came to know it's a stray dog and the concierge people feed the dog. We were not expecting such unfriendly welcome.
2) No drinking water provided in the room. There is no drinking water tap. This should have been mentioned in the description. We spent whole night with 2 small bottles of water that we refilled at concierge.
3) Coffee maker is available but without tea/coffee/milk/sugar bags. Generally hotels/hosts provide that as complimentary but not Torre Diez.
4) Bath soap was not available in the room. Water pressure was also less in the bathroom sink and WC that it was not cleaning the dirt properly. Sink condition was bad. No curtains to bathroom, so shower water was spread outside on the floor and made it slippery.
5) On 3rd day of our stay, the building had some serious issue with water pipeline that caused no water in the whole building. When asked at 10pm, the Property manager informed that water will be available in 2-3 hours. But it didn't happen. I reported the issue to Booking.com call center and demanded the refund, but haven't heard back anything on that. We spent that night without a drop of water in the bathroom. Water was available next day at 9.30am but by that time our morning trip was missed and half of the day was wasted. Torre Diez should have informed me earlier during the day. But neither they inform me nor made alternate arrangement. This shows their incompetency and lack of empathy towards their guests.
6) Torre Diez is sort of Airbnb. So obviously they cannot control the building's issues. But they failed to check on the room that they were advertising on Booking.com.

Increíble ubicación!
Pros:

Nos encantó este alojamiento. La ubicación es increíble ya que queda muy cerca de la 5ta Avenida pero lo suficientemente lejos para que no esté lleno de gente. Queda muy cerca de Playa Cisne, que es una playa increíble.

En general, la habitación es muy amplia y cómoda. En la cocina puedes encontrar todo lo que necesitas y la cama es muy cómoda.

El único problema que tuvimos es que la presión del agua es demasiada y tanto en el baño como en la cocina es demasiada y cuesta mucho trabajo abrirlas sin que el agua caiga por todos lados.

La host nos reiteró que en caso de que las sábanas o toallas tuvieran alguna mancha se nos haría un cargo de $900, por lo cual decidimos comprar jabón ya que parecía que por cualquier mancha que a veces son inevitables nos harían ese cargo. Sin embargo, pudimos resolver una mancha pequeña y no tuvimos mayor problema.

Fuera de eso, nos encantó este alojamiento y lo recomendamos ampliamente.
