Gute Lage, kleines Boutique-Hotel. Gutes Personal, der Clean-Service war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück, kein Buffet, ist eine Frechheit, da der Kaffee nicht geniessbar war wollte ich Tee, das warme Wasser war ohne Kostenfolge, der Teebeutel war zu bezahlen! !!
Food, es wurde einfach etwas serviert, wohlverstanden ohne Nachfrage, was wir bevorzugen.

Très déçu par les prestations compte tenu du prix payé ( 170 euros la nuit).

La tranquilité du lieu.

Cons:

Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas du tout au rendez-vous. Le matériel présent n'était pas d'un très bon standing. La salle de bain était très petite. Je ne tenais pas debout sous la douche. Les joints de la douche étaient sales, et la salle de bain peu fonctionnel.

Good hotel if you don't mind patchy wifi

The room was lovely, very comfortable beds, very clean and good facilities. It was great to have a pool as the weather was hot and humid.

Cons:

Wifi was a bit hit and miss, especially in the room. Also we are early risers and there was only enough coffee provided for one cup per day. In one day, we weren't left any coffee at all.

The staff however were lovely, especially at breakfast. On one day we had to leave extremely early for a day trip. We told the evening receptionist thebday before and provided us with a take away breakfast to take on the trip. A really nice and thoughtful touch.

Gute Lage, Stadtzentrum aber ruhig, günstige Parkplätze direkt nebenan, nettes Personal, großes Zimmer, kostenloses Frühstück.
Frühstück wurde teilweise vergessen in Rechnung zu stellen und im Nachgang auf Kulanz vom Hotel übernommen.

Cons:

Kostenloses Frühstück (Joghurt mit Früchten und Granola) zu wenig, Eierspeisen können aber gegen Gebühr hinzugebucht werden. Dann wird man auch satt. Macht Sinn und kostet nicht zu viel.

It is a small hotel; they only have 4 rooms, and they do not have an elevator. It was kind of difficult for us being seniors to carry our luggage through the escalator to the 2nd floor.

Pros:

One of my new favorite places! Kuxtal staff was excellent. They were very attentive. When I had to leave early for tour or for my next destination, they made me a to-go box with fresh fruit, sandwich, and juice. They were very helpful. The wifi was perfect. Very comfortable bed and room. I highly recommend Kuxtal for your stay in Merida.

Perfecto para conocer Merida, centrico y comodo. Repetiriamos.
Pros:

Esta muy centrico, dispone de aparcamiento y el desayuno es variado y abundante. Aparte, tuvieron el detalle de darle un pequeño obsequio a los niños al llegar, tienen a tu disposición juegos de mesa para usarlos y son muy serviciales.
Las sabanas que tienen de bambu, son insuperables. La cama mas comoda de todo nuestro viaje a Mexico.

Cons:

La alberca la notamos un poco sucia.
