Happy pleasant stay quiet and clean x
Pros:

The room is great my mother loved the comfortable beds the people cleaning the rooms were helpful and pleasant thanks

Cons:

I was surprised there was no hair dryer in the room i thought this was standard and was sure there were hair dryers previously. No hand soap in the bathroom just forgotten no worries my mother had some. I like to clean up before I leave a hotel, you make a mess when you make tea and coffee and I hate leaving a mess for staff a chux on top of microwave would be handy

Happy overall
Pros:

Overall good experience. Hotel is showing its age a bot and could handle a bot of maintenance. Tap in shower falling off? Windows could do with a good clean. Bed good.

Convenient location and a reasonable price.
Pros:

It was located on the Barkly Highway, so easy to find. The secure parking was easy to access, which was convenient.

Cons:

The room was on the ground floor, and very noisy due to the carpark and people clattering up the stairs outside the room all day and night.

Let's just say I'll never stay there again
Pros:

Nothing worst place
Pools we're disgusting my nephew ask one of the lady who works there to clean she said swim in it
Water was green full of dead bugs and things I asked someone else she said it's under maintenance
She was the only nice thing at the place!!

The whole place food is small too

Best hotel stay in Mount Isa
Pros:

Staff were amazing, rang them and told them I was going to be there outside of opening hours. They were super helpful, offered to wake up and meet me to give me my room key.

Room was amazing, facilities amazing, location amazing!!

Cons:

Can’t say one thing I didn’t like, been here 2x now and I love it and recommend to everyone visiting to Isa

Ideal location with very kind staff
Pros:

We needed something for three adults with our adult son having special needs - location and facilities were perfect for us and when we arrived very very early for our one night stay the staff ensured we could get an early check in and also enabled us to stay a little longer the day after to accommodate the reason for our visit - very thoughtful and very kind

Nothing - it was exactly as we expected
