Ideal location with very kind staff
Pros:

We needed something for three adults with our adult son having special needs - location and facilities were perfect for us and when we arrived very very early for our one night stay the staff ensured we could get an early check in and also enabled us to stay a little longer the day after to accommodate the reason for our visit - very thoughtful and very kind

Nothing - it was exactly as we expected

Cons:

Despite being upgraded to a lovely room, it had obviously been empty for a long time. Dead bugs everywhere even on the beds, and it absolutely stank of stale cigarette smoke. It was overwhelming

They lied to us, and stole our money. We deserve a refund in full.

Cons:

They lied to us about being able to stay there. They took our money for nothing in return, and we deserve a refund in full. They knew that they could provide no service to us, that they would give us nothing in return for our money, but stayed completely silent about it whilst complicit in the taking of our money under such false pretences that we thought from the website that they were going to be able to provide us with accommodation. They are such charlatans and thieves, no less.

Wasn’t the best but definitely priced right
Pros:

The staff gave us another room because we checked in early that was really helpful and where very nice and helpful

Cons:

We got a wooden knife and fork for room service when we ordered a rump steak and a chicken Parmi. Trying to cut a rump steak and a chicken Parmi with a wood knife is shit maybe bring proper cutlery and ask they leave it on a bench

Every staff member was happy to assist. Everyone seemed happy to be working there and it radiated throughout everything they did.
