Best staff
Pros:

Staff was incredible and did everything they could to make it a good stay. Location was great and breakfast incredible.

Cons:

Lunch and dinner quality could be better. It’s a five star resort after all. And no place to get afternoon sun.

I honestly never write reviews on Booking.com, but this hotel absolutely deserves one.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but Kastara truly stood out and exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was simply exceptional.

The hotel itself is beautiful, incredibly clean and very well maintained. Our room was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. The entire property is taken care of with so much attention to detail, and you can really feel the quality everywhere.

The food was absolutely amazing as well. Everything we tried was fresh, delicious and beautifully prepared. We ate at the hotel several times because we genuinely enjoyed it so much.

But what made our stay truly unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional and attentive. The service was always fast, nothing was ever too much to ask, and we always felt genuinely cared for. You can tell that the people working here really want their guests to have the best possible experience.

The level of hospitality, cleanliness, service, food quality and attention to detail was honestly outstanding. There was not a single thing we could complain about. Everything just worked perfectly.

I rarely leave a hotel thinking “wow”, but Kastara was exactly that. Out of all the hotels I have stayed in, this is definitely one of the places that impressed me the most.

A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. You made us feel incredibly welcome and gave us such wonderful memories. We would come back without hesitation and recommend Kastara 100%.

Cumpleaños inolvidable
Pros:

Estuvimos genial . Elena el hotel para celebrar mi cumpleaños y estuvo genial. Los empleados estivation atentos en todo. El restaurant está genial. La habitación es una pasada con vistas à la jungle. Nunca lo olvidaré . El spa también estuvo genial

Great Resort
Pros:

We liked everything, location , restaurant, staff ,hotel decor, room design and a pool with a view of the valley wow wow woooow!!!!
The online pics dont do the resort justice especially the rooms , we were absolutely wowed by the aesthetic.
BONUS No monkeys added to the relaxed feel.
A special shout out and thank you to Widya at reception for her customer service and assistance in planning our time in Ubud., she was a wealth of knowledge.

Cons:

We had a unfortunate fall on the balcony bathtub as the floors are a polished concrete which makes them extremely slippery , Management quickly addressed the concern and how it was being actioned to change the surface to more grippy.safer tile surface.

Idéal pour un séjour dans la région. 5 étoiles à un prix très raisonnable.

Un posto da sogno
Pros:

Pazzesca, incredibile, vista sulla giungla e camera da sogno con vasca da bagno esterna . Ci è sembrato di essere in viaggio di nozze pur non essendo tale 😂massaggio bellissimo, cena buona al ristorante. Peccato essere stati solo una notte!

Cons:

Ci siamo alzati alle 5 del mattino e ci hanno fornito la breakfast box. Il cibo era immangiabile 😂.
