Pros:

Kastara is the kind of hotel you want to come back to. I’ve been staying here for the third year in a row, and every time I’m absolutely delighted.

The service here is truly outstanding — one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. From the first minutes you feel like a very welcome guest: the staff are incredibly attentive and always happy to help.

Every morning starts with an incredibly beautiful view of the jungle. I also really enjoyed the pool, the gym, and the spa center. And the avocado juice is delicious.

The hotel is located a little away from the center of Ubud, but that’s actually a big advantage — it’s very quiet and peaceful here. At the same time, it’s always easy to get to the center. There is also a road nearby that is perfect for walking.

The staff are very attentive to details — for example, they washed my clothes with fragrance-free detergent at my request.

A wonderful place for rest, inspiration, and complete relaxation.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. I loved everything about this place.

The Hotel is a small gem nestled in the rain forest of ubud, overlooking trees, especially from the pool.
The staff (especially Sri and Septia) was exceptionally friendly.

Everything about this stay was excellent. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. The breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of fresh food including eggs, croissants, juices, and more — everything felt very high quality. We also received a lovely welcome drink on arrival which was a nice touch. The resort facilities were outstanding and our private pool villa was beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the resort so much that we spent most of our time there just relaxing and enjoying the facilities.

Cons:

Nothing at all to complain about. Our stay was excellent overall and the resort exceeded our expectations.

Friendly staff, calm relaxing atmosphere, clean rooms. View was amazing. Breakfast was great, was easy to make changes to suit G/Free and vegetarian

Cons:

Can’t catch DiDi from the entrance,need to walk 7mins down the road(as they aren’t allowed near the resort, have to order drivers through the resort which a lot more costly then the DiDi

este hotel es una buena elección
Pros:

el desayuno esta muy bien y no es tipo bufet, lo cual personalmente me gusta

Cons:

el gym, con el espacio tan bonito que tiene y no hay casi nada ... ademas a las 18 se cierra. y la ubicación para llegar a ubud tienes 25 min.no es practico en este aspecto
