Ein wunderschönes Hotel an einer bezaubernden Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut umwerfend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Teilweise sieht das Service-Personal die Arbeit nicht und man wartet oft eher lange auf die Getränke, aber sie sind sehr freundlich.

Would stay again, for sure!
Pros:

Privacy was great! Friendly staff and welcoming vibe. The spa was quite nice.

Cons:

The small bugs, forgot what they were called, that sometimes were flying around the rooms. But it’s expected being so close to nature.

Amazing hotel with equally amazing staff
Pros:

Beautiful setting, lovely decor, great food. The pool is beautiful, as was our room, but the stand out for this hotel is the staff. They cannot do enough for you and make you feel so special - in particular Tika was lovely and always happy to help. This hotel was recommended to me by a friend and she was right, it is amazing and my partner and I absolutely loved it.

Cons:

The only thing missing was a floor length mirror, but that is so minor it doesn’t even matter

We had a wonderful stay at Kastara Resort. The service from all the staff was exceptional—they were warm, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the views from the resort were absolutely stunning, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. Also not forgetting the free activities that the hotel provides, free yoga class and also a walk around the village which we got to learn more about Bali & its religion which you won’t get to experience at other hotels!

The only downside is that the resort is quite far from the city center, so getting around can take some time. However, the tranquility, beautiful surroundings, and outstanding hospitality more than make up for it. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely recommend Kastara Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. It’s absolutely worth the trip
