Spacious room, large tub on the balcony with spectacular river views. À la carte with good variety of dishes. Friendly and helpful staff throughout

Cons:

Grab taxis struggle to locate the hotel, so one can’t easily call a Grab from the hotel.

The best stay ever
Pros:

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The staff is incredible helpful , super kind and professional, they made sure we had a perfect stay and provided us airy anything we needed. The food is amazing , we had multiple meals by the pool. I can’t recommend this place enough , an absolute gem.

An Unforgettable Anniversary Stay with Breathtaking Jungle Views
Pros:

We stayed at Kastara Resort to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and overall, it was such a beautiful and memorable experience. The service and staff were amazing, everyone was kind, attentive, and made us feel very welcome.

The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking jungle views that truly make you feel relaxed and immersed in nature. Our room was extraordinary, and the welcome setup was a lovely touch with bed decorations and fresh fruit waiting for us.

One of my favourite experiences was the yoga session the next morning, peaceful, calming, and perfectly set in that jungle atmosphere.

And the highlight: the swan floating breakfast in our private pool.

It was honestly such a special experience, beautiful, romantic, and something we’ll always remember.

The food, drinks and the restaurant were also excellent, both in quality and presentation.

Cons:

A couple of things that could be improved:

I had called the day before to confirm additional anniversary decorations, but upon arrival, it hadn’t been arranged. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but better communication would make the experience smoother.

Also, our booking included a complimentary 10-minute massage, but this wasn’t mentioned to us during our stay. We later noticed other couples were informed, so unfortunately, we missed out on that benefit.
