Pros:

The staff is very friendly and smiling, always willing to help. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The view at breakfast and by the pool is beautiful. When you wake up, you open the curtains and are greeted by a fantastic view of the jungle. ❤️ The bathtub or pool on the balcony is beautiful. ❤️
Cleanliness is excellent. 😀
My wife and I would love to come back. ❤️

Excelente! No dan ganas de salir del hotel.
Pros:

Nos encantó! Todo perfecto. Habitación grande, cómoda y limpia.

La piscina excelente con hermosa vista. Nunca faltaron reposeras.

La comida muy deliciosa. Los tragos un poco caros, pero la comida buenos precios y muy buena calidad.

Está un poco lejos del centro pero se puede arrendar scooter en recepción y recorrer sin problemas.

Lo que mas resaltamos es la excelente atención del personal, siempre alegres y con buena disposición, nos preguntaban el plan para el día y nos hacían recomendaciones. Creo que es por lejos la mejor atención que hemos recibido por parte del personal en un hotel. Felicito a todo el equipo!

El único problema: dan pocas ganas de salir del hotel 🤣

My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional! Everything was perfect down to the smallest detail – from the moment I arrived until the day I left, I felt truly taken care of.

The service deserves the highest praise – incredibly polite, helpful, and always smiling. Every request was handled quickly and with genuine kindness.

The room was spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. The highlight for me was definitely the bathtub on the terrace overlooking the jungle – absolutely stunning! It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The infinity pool is breathtaking, with views that are hard to put into words. On top of that, the breakfasts were delicious, and the food at the restaurant was outstanding – every meal was a real pleasure.

This place is truly magical, and I will definitely come back. Highly recommended! :)

There is no bellboy to bring our luggage, they just a few girl, so i think poor girl bcz our luggage is heavy, but these girl said they are strong and they still did it😅

A 2.emeleti szobából a kilátás valami elképesztő volt,de mindenhonnan imádtam. A szoba felszereltsége,tisztasága is tökéletes volt. A kádat az erkélyen imádtam. A hotel személyzete nagyon kedves és segítőkész.
Ide még mindenképp visszatérünk.

Cons:

Talán 2 dolog,amibe bele tudnék kötni kicsit az a napozóágyak foltos huzata és a szobában levő törölköző tartó a wcben. Számomra nem higiénikus a wc feletti törölköző tartó,inkább a zuhanyzóba tennék 2 akasztót,van hely.

Die Seele des Hotels ist das Personal. Safina im Restaurant, Yuanita und die Damen an der Rezeption, die so wunderbar witzig und aufmerksam waren. Ein absoluter Traum. Liegen am Pool wurden sofort für uns bereitgestellt, obwohl wir dachten, es wäre nichts frei. Bevor wir Wünsche äußern konnten, war es auch schon getan. Fantastisch. Wir waren während Nyepi im Hotel, hatten 'all you can eat" gebucht und alle Gerichte waren hervorragend. Uns hat es an diesem Tag an absolut nichts gefehlt.

le personnel est exceptionnel, l'endroit est superbe la nourriture sublime, les massage hyper relaxant.je n'ai que de bon mots pour ce lieu, nous avons passer un extraordinaire séjour. merci pour tout

A part avoir plus de temps pour y séjourner plus longtemps, je ne vois pas ce qui pourrait être amélioré, tout était parfait.

Exotic location on a deep gorge. Beautiful!
Pros:

The location was exotic and very close to Ubud where we had a wonderful day trip. The infinity pool was relaxing after a long day of travel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean with beautiful views.

Perfect spa hotel in the Ubud Jungle
Pros:

My daughter and I had a few days stay at Kastara - the staff were lovey and attentive and our room clean and comfortable with room service at hand as needed. We enjoyed the spa facilities on site , took part in the free yoga, paid for a Balinese cooking class that included a trip to Ubud market and spent a day visiting the Jatiluwih Rice Terraces and Batukaru Temple and some mountain waterfalls - the rice terraces were by far the highlight of the trip !

Cons:

Everything about the hotel was lovely !

Veľmi ochotný a milý personál. Ubytovanie je dobré vybavené a s nádherným výhľadom. V okolí sú dobré reštaurácie a kaviarne.

Cons:

Ubytovanie je ďaleko od väčšiny aktivít. Reštaurácia a bar v rezorte sú predražené, odporúčam sa radšej prejsť 5-10 minút smerom nahor od hotela a skúsiť reštaurácie v okolí.
