Incredible.
Decor & rooms were lovely. Lounge area was fab, great food.
There was a large group of us staying in the hotel & we were a little disappointed when the bar closed & we were told we had to leave the bar area. We understood as residents in the hotel the bar would be open later. We were allowed to sit in the atrium but were then told we couldn't stay there any longer.
Beautiful room lovely hotel. We did unfortunately have a few issues but the staff then went above and beyond to rectify the situation for us.
Modern, clean and great location
Car parking charge
The hotel was very modern and clean. Well situated for the city centre. The reception staff was very friendly and approachable. It was very quiet. The food at the restaurant was great and whilst it wasn’t an extensive menu the small plates were delicious
Lack of hotel parking caused a major issue! We finally found a nearby car park at great value but it took 20 minutes of driving around first
Loved the room looks exactly like the pictures. It was very spacious and had complementary water and slippers. We got a few complementary snacks as well given by a staff. The hotel looks great and the bar was nice too
Everything was great apart from some areas of the room were quite dusty and the remote needed a clean.
Property was good
When we reached there, they didn’t give us car park and asked us to park in a private car park, just opposite the property and we had to pay £13:50.
So welcoming and clean
Only price for parking is my issue
The room was absolutely beautiful and so comfy
We ordered room service and it made me sick. What a waste of £30! Was told someone would be in touch to deal with it and they haven’t. Plus night staff was really rude!!!
Hotel was lovely and in the perfect location for matchday at Welford Road. I wasn't up in time for breakfast but restaurant looked 5-star when I walked past.
The parking. It is advertised as having parking - but it is not clearly communicated that you have to reserve the parking by calling the hotel before and prebooking in. Looking at the messaging of this wording would help people understand that they have to call and physically book because it reads as if people can turn up and use the car park. Also, there were AMPLE spaces on the car park but the staff would not let me in because I hadn't reserved, which didn't make sense as I would have happily paid for parking on arrival.
