Would stay again!
Pros:

Wet comfortable bed and room had air conditioning. Shower was very powerful and hot. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Pros:

I liked the hotel over all, the place was very well kept and the room was gorgeous.

Cons:

The reception staff were not trained very well in my opinion. We had paid when we arrived at the property, when we went to checkout the staff member tried to charge us again saying that we had only done a pre authorization. We had to show them our bank app before they relented.

Good London, clean and tidy modern rooms. nfused by lack of loo roll and attention to detail.
Pros:

The room was well equipped and clean. Modern bathroom. Good location.

Cons:

There was no loo roll in the rooms. When I asked the front desk for loo roll they said they'd run out and were expecting a delivery soon. They offered more tissues.

When trying to book parking before the trip it was difficult to get through by phone.

The breakfast wasn't of a high Disneyland. The coffee machines were out of service, items on the buffet were not replenished quickly. Nothing terrible but it was a bit lacklustre.

Pros:

Good sized room with everything you need. Safe/fridge/iron etc. Bar/lounge area is relaxing and comfy.

Cons:

Parking is limited and only available by contacting the hotel directly. I called 2 days ahead but already fully booked. Alternative parking at NHS multi story and its cheaper but a 3 minute walk.
