Very comfortable hotel in a great location in Leicester
Pros:

Overall a pleasant stay, great location close by to lots places for different food staff were lovely .
Pros:

The property was absolutely beautifully decorated to a high standard, extremely clean and bright. The breakfast was lovely great choice of hot and cold and room service available with an added cost but nothing was too much.

Cons:

It was a shame there was no windows in the room as this was my only downfall I had quite a bad sleep due to the room being extreamly warm and the air conditioning just didn’t seem to make a difference

Pros:

Perfect night away, didn't even leave the hotel . Had a great dinner in the restaurant ( staff were lovely) and then sat and had a few drinks in the lounge area.

Cons:

The only potential issue was limited parking but there was cheap parking 2 mins away .

Pros:

Stay regularly at this hotel and never usually disappointed with my stay

Cons:

People outside the hotel smoking weed and had to report this to staff in the hotel.
Lot of chips and paint had come off the sink and the shower and not repaired.
