Wouldn’t stay again. Poor service

Cons:

Repeatedly called reception for assistance and also room service as I had a migraine. No response. Even followed this through with IHG complaints line, who also couldn’t get hold of anyone in the hotel. They said they would send a fax through for urgent attention of the manager. I left the next morning without having had dinner or being given the amenities I needed for my stay. I wasn’t even acknowledged.

A wonderful hotel!
Pros:

The hotel itself was clean with lovely decor. Bar area and restaurant was very pleasant, and breakfast was fab.

Cons:

The parking arrangements weren’t clear when booking so was a bit of a nightmare with a 4 month old.

Excellent stylish hotel at edge of city centre, fantastic rooms and brilliant staff.
Pros:

Upmarket boutique hotel styling, excellent quality rooms, cleanliness, staff efficient friendly and helpful, great location at edge of city centre close to university campus, private on site bookable parking, really well designed comfortable facilities and areas, especially bar and reception.
