Traffic is noisy, but you get that for being on a one way system.
Pros:

Staff service, quality of the mattress.

Cons:

No toilet brush, much needed with the green policy of lower water pressure. Breakfast menu card confusing for a senior person, I found portion size too large (if that can be a bad thing...)

Parking was not available on arrival even at the cost stated. We found alternative parking for cheaper that what the hotel offered.

The hotel looks very impressive and appears to have undergone a major recent renovation.
The hotel has its own restaurant
Great breakfast selection
Clean and well-maintained room

Cons:

The bed was wobbly and squeaked.
There were issues with the invoice that I had to resolve after returning home.
Small car park; parking must be reserved in advance and costs £20 per night.

Generally very comfortable and enjoyable.
Pros:

The location is fine, but does generally require an onward taxi journey to get to your desired evening/night-time location. The bed was very comfortable (see below for the exception). Not being made to feel uncomfortable by housekeeping for overlaying (see below), or charged any extra either on check-out.

Cons:

That the bedroom faced on to the noisy main road outside the hotel and one of the room keys didn't work, both of which led to overlaying in the morning (see above). There are so few parking spaces on site.
