One of the lifts were out of order..no major setback..except for longer wait for one lift
Staff were fab. The room was perfect and my meal in the bar was very good.
The parking situation. I wasn’t aware that there wouldn’t be parking and to walk across the road to park my car on a wintery night was not great.
Location ( particularly for rugby stadium) but walking distance to city centre.
Had to do a bit of maintenance to unblock the shower drainage channel and prevent a flood into the room ( and clear up the flood in the bathroom)
WiFi does not allow you to watch iPlayer/ Netflix etc on your own devices ( considers you to be outside of the UK)

Dirty carpet and bedsheets had stains , house keeping not provided even after requested , which is unexpected for a brand like this .
Beautiful hotel, beds were so comfy and we loved the style and layout of the rooms. Shower was excellent and all of the facilities were great. Every member of staff was so helpful and friendly too. Food in the restaurant was delicious also, easily the best chips we’ve ever had.
Would 100% recommend this hotel, we’ll be staying here again the next time we’re in Leicester.

The location was great and beds were comfortable
The staff were rude and unhelpful! Pre-booked an early check in to be told when we arrived that the room wouldn’t be ready until the usual check in time. When we, understandably, questioned this - we were told to either accept it or they will cancel the booking. Having went out of our way to make sure we arrived in time for the early check in the lack of empathy was insulting.
The location is excellent for town and the universities. Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was amazing and great that they use large bottles of toiletries dor eco reasons.
Raspberry croissants were simply delicious.
Bar closed before 11pm.
