Nice location and rooms let down by very poor staffing

Location is good.

Cons:

Parking was an issue. No mention that there is only limited parking. Staff also very rude when asked about this and absolutely do not care either way. Booking.com should make it more prominent that there very very limited parking on site. Most people arriving into Leicester drive there. It is no gods saying there is paid parking nearby. A hotel that does not have plenty of parking should mention this as it is a significant determinant for booking.

Fine for overnight stay for attending a do at the King Power Stadium. Within walking distance.
