Ruhige Lage, bis ins Zentrum sind es ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück völlig ausreichend
Für ältere und gehbehinderte Gäste ist der Aufgang über Treppen zu den Zimmern beschwerlich.
Mooie locatie en vriendelijk personeel. Top ontbijt.
Gebouw kwam uit de winterslaap, met bijbehorende vochtplekken op de muren. Bereikbaarheid is wel een uitdaging met wegafsluitingen.
The (possible) manager gave me the history of the building and the possible templars link. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful, making drink and food recommendations in the restaurant to try and some if I was out and about as I am a picky eater. The young men who worked the reception were really nice and always polite. The final night I was there a nice man even showed me a beautiful spot to watch the sunset. It's a quiet location and the only sounds you tend to hear are the peacocks and birds but they even go quiet at night.
Très joli manoir pour se reposer. Malheureusement j'avais demandé sur booking 'au centre de Sintra' et ce ne l'était absolument pas. À éviter si vous n'aimez ou pas trop marcher. Mais très joli et surtout le personnel très agréable et très grande chambre.
Loin du centre
Difficile à trouver mêmeavec le GPS (j'ai dû faire des appels en roaming et ça m'a coûté une blinde).
Wifi n'a jamais fonctionné dans ma chambre malgré mes appels

Se encuentra rodeado de bosque
La ubicación. Para bajar al centro hay una cuesta horrorosa totalmente oscuro, si es de noche; con el coche solo hay un camino de subia y otro de bajada, con lo cual debes rodear la ciudad con el coche.
The hotel is nice. However, the building is pretty old, thus it doesn't really filter noise from other rooms. I had my room on the first floor and unfortunately could hear the guests in the room upstairs walking around the whole time. Not really ideal for light sleepers.
As a person who loves nature I loved the location. This side of Sintra is especially quiet an charming. The rooms are all different and well decorated. I stayed in a room with a bath in a bathroom size of a bedroom. One of the few locations with parking on site. But drop your luggage before parking- its a 5 min climb from the parking lot.
As I stayed in winter, the garden and the restaurant was not fully open. Also the road to Sintra was dark after the storm so It was a bit spooky for a solo traveller. But at the same time it is great for the nervous system to reevaluate danger as it is super safe - it is called Farm of the Wolves but there are no dangerous animals (unless you have a peacock phobia :)
E' una struttura immeesa nel verde, al tempo stesso vicina al paese e ai luighi di interesse. E' arredato con gusto.
O staff sempre bem disposto e disponível para ajudar no que fosse necessário.
Próximo das atrações, tem estacionamento ao lado mas não dentro da pousada. Funciono Fábio muito atencioso e prestativo.
Quarto amplo, limpo e com boas comodidades. Edificio antigo mas restaurado com uma decoração de bom gosto. Simpatia generalizada do staff. Boa localização, encostados ao Bar o Fauno...
Quando chegámos, a pessoa que nos atendeu o telefone para indicações mais precisas da localização do hotel, não falava bem português. Depois de algum tempo à espera de ajuda por parte desse funcionário, desligaram e não voltaram a atender. No check in tiram print dos cartões de cidadão, o que legalmente deixa dúvidas. Quarto com instalação para isso, mas sem uma Televisão.
Pequeno almoço pago à parte, sem ser buffet, mal definido, e que não surpreende - fraca relação qualidade / preço. O staff do pequeno almoço, assim como do hotel em geral é muito jovem e inexperiente. Passámos o tempo do pequeno almoço a ouvir o staff a conversar e a rir, descontraidos como se não estivessem a prestar um serviço num hotel, para além de se arranjarem ao espelho, em frente aos clientes. Ficámos sem saber o que podiamos efetivamente comer, e se podiamos repetir alguma coisa. Nesta parte são fracos mas caros. Falta pessoal experiente e qualificado
