Sehr kalt und eine sehr freundliche Atmosphäre
Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommende und lösungsorientierte Mitarbeitende. Sehr leckeres veganes Frühstück.

Cons:

Es war extrem kalt und mein Zimmer (executive Suite) konnte leider auch mit einem zusätzlichen Elektroheizer nicht auf eine angenehme Zimmertemperatur erwärmt werden.
Als Alternative wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, das wärmer war, jedoch auch nicht so, dass ich mich mit sehr warmer Kleidung im Raum beim Sitzen und Lesen wohlfühlte. Am nächsten Morgen war leider wegen einer Panne zusätzlich das heisse Wasser nur höchstens lauwarm. Freundlicherweise wird mir deshalb der Preis für das Frühstück rückerstattet. Die Belegschaft des Hotels ist sehr herzlich und umsichtig. Daher würde ich das Hotel zu einer wärmeren Jahreszeit wieder wählen.

Wonderful and peaceful place to stay. If we wanted to get to town and back it was a bit difficult without a car.
Pros:

Lovely natural setting. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. We loved the midieval pub next door!!

Cons:

Due to road closures we had to get rides in and out but luckily we managed and the staff was very helpful.

Muy buena experiencia para pasar un fin de semana largo. Todo el personal muy amable, decorado con gusto, la cama muy cómoda. Muchas gracias sobre todo a Fabio, de recepción, que nos ayudó en todo lo que pedimos. Con parking privado gratis. Para repetir, sin duda!

Pros:

El sitio es fantástico, aparte de lo bonito que es cuenta con todas las facilidades e incluye parking, lo que se agradece en esa zona. El restaurante además es excelente y el trato del personal fue inmejorable. Muy recomendable!

Estancia Inolvidable
Pros:

La habitación era súper bonita, amplia y cómoda. La localización es ideal para explorar Sintra. Tiene aparcamiento gratuito muy cerca del hotel, lo cuál es ideal en Sintra. Está al lado de un pub medieval muy interesante donde pudimos disfrutar de concierto en directo. Quinta da Regaleira está a pocos metros del hotel. El personal es muy amable y profesional, aunque hay que destacar el EXCELENTE servicio al cliente de Sorwar (recepcionista). Estamos deseando volver!

Delightful despite the rain as the staff made everything so accommodating & comforting.
Pros:

The staff were so accommodating . It was a home away from home. Food in the restaurant was delicious & staff provided not only what was on the menu but what was off menu...everything was perfect & such friendly staff. Five stars all around & I would stay there again & again.
