La habitación era súper bonita, amplia y cómoda. La localización es ideal para explorar Sintra. Tiene aparcamiento gratuito muy cerca del hotel, lo cuál es ideal en Sintra. Está al lado de un pub medieval muy interesante donde pudimos disfrutar de concierto en directo. Quinta da Regaleira está a pocos metros del hotel. El personal es muy amable y profesional, aunque hay que destacar el EXCELENTE servicio al cliente de Sorwar (recepcionista). Estamos deseando volver!
Nada que no nos gustara, todo fué genial
The staff were so accommodating . It was a home away from home. Food in the restaurant was delicious & staff provided not only what was on the menu but what was off menu...everything was perfect & such friendly staff. Five stars all around & I would stay there again & again.

O colchão de facto poderia ser melhor, mas apesar disso a apresentação do quarto estava fantástica.
The breakfast was exceptional even with me being gluten free. There was more than enough choice and I was happily full hardly needing lunch. Francisca who served me each day made sure that I had everything I needed and was super friendly. I really enjoyed being away from all the tourism but was close enough to walk to the main attractions. The forest around the hotel is beautiful and I found myself strolling there often. I relied heavily on the staff to help me figure out hikes and then returning to Lisbon; they were all so friendly and authentically wanting things to go smoothly for me.
I could hear the people above me when I was going to sleep. I go to bed around 10 so it wasn't too bad.

O atendimento desde a recepção, o cuidado durante a estadia, o conforto e a educação de todos no hotel foram realmente incríveis!!
O café da manhã poderia ter um pouco mais de opções - mas, o que tinha, era uma delícia... só poderia ter mais opções.

We booked 2 rooms when we couldnt find a nice holiday home rental for 5 days in Sintra. With children , we usually prefer homes to hotels for privacy, space, and kitchen. But 2 huge rooms at Quinta dos Lobos were more affordable and lovely, and the staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful from the front desk managers, the restaurant staff, all the drivers , and the house/ maintanance staff.
I wish there was more of a budget option for breakfast, €52 /day for a family of 4 was too much but it was a 20-25 min walk into town. Also breakfast required advanced reservation. Maybe the hotel could include breakfast in the cost of a room and increase that accordingly, so it wouldnt require advance booking and would ensure a full restaurant at breakfast
Also the Booking.com listing mentions 2 things erroneously: an onsite cafe ( there is only the hotel restaurant, requiring advance reservation for breakfast and dinner, closes at 8pm (20:00 hr)
And Afternoon “tea” which we thought meant High tea, but doesnt exist.
Suggestion for hotel to inform guests: because of the daily traffic detours and road closures for tour buses in Sintra (especially nearby Quinta da Regaleira) an unknowing taxi may take a 45 minute detour to take the 10minute drive to the center. I suggest the hotel write up the directions for drivers digitally as well as print it out for guests. It was not until our return to the Lisbon Airport that we found out the best way to drive ( and it included a few dirt roads, which at first we thought were wrong turns!)
A localização era optima, o conforto também, o quarto no geral era optimo
Para tomar banho teve de ser com água fria, pois não havia água quente.
É bom que verifiquem esta situação pois na altura do ano em que foi a estadia, não ter água quente é gravissimo.
