Pros:

An absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end! The hotel is beautiful, modern, exceptionally clean, and maintained to a very high standard. The rooms are spacious, elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making you feel right at home.

The facilities are excellent, especially the stunning swimming pool, and the location in Thonglor is fantastic.

What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

After seven nights, we can confidently say that Ascott Thonglor Bangkok is an outstanding place to stay. Excellent value, exceptional comfort, and wonderful hospitality.

We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok. A well-deserved 10/10!

A beautiful, spotless property with the loveliest staff and a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay feel extra special.
Pros:

The property is exceptionally clean, and the moment you walk into the lobby, you’re greeted by the most beautiful hotel scent, which makes the whole place feel so welcoming. The staff are absolutely lovely, always smiling, saying hello, and going out of their way to be helpful. The location is great if you don’t mind using Grab scooters to get around, as they’re an easy, convenient, and much faster way to explore the area. The pool area is beautifully designed, and the daybeds are incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Overall, a lovely property with amazing staff and a welcoming atmosphere!

Not 5 Star, ok but not the best area
Pros:

Nice, big room, nice big bed, big bathroom,not too noisy

Cons:

The area is a bit rough, there were too many noisy, uneducated Chinese guests
No plug in the bathroom!!

Great location and comfortable room
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great and the room is lovely. Pool is wonderful too

Cons:

Pillows could be more comfortable- perhaps offering both hard and soft pillows. We stayed here 4 nights and both of my husband and I ended up with stiff neck and shoulder pain

Super fijn verblijf!
Pros:

Schone en ruime kamers met uitzicht over de stad en wij hadden zowel een bad als een douche, vriendelijk personeel, goed en uitgebreid ontbijt, ruime openingstijden zwembad en de mogelijkheid om aan het einde van het verblijf nog even gebruik te maken van de faciliteiten na het uitchecken.

Helemaal top.

Cons:

De reistijd.

De skytrain is dichtbij (paar minuten lopen), als je die gebruikt kom je relatief snel en goedkoop door de stad.

Met een taxi duurt het (overal in Bangkok ben ik bang) best lang voordat je bij sommige landmarks bent.

Sympa mais ne vaut pas les 5 étoiles, plutôt un 4 étoiles

Qualité de services incroyable
Pros:

La qualité de service. J’ai choisis cet hôtel pour terminer notre voyage en Thaïlande et je n’ai vraiment pas regretter. Ils nous ont proposé un Check out later au vu de l’heure de notre avion, ils ont décalé gratuitement le Check out de la chambre à 14h. Et nous ont laisser profiter de la piscine et des douches jusqu’à l’heure de notre départ (17h). Ayant déjà beaucoup voyagé je n’ai jamais eu une qualité égale de services. Je recommande bien évidemment, la chambre, le petit déjeuner, les équipements, la location et le personnel tout était à la hauteur. Un grand merci.
