Asian oriented hotel not optimal for European business traveler
Pros:

Clean spacious rooms, with good beds. Friendly staff that takes good care of you.

Cons:

The hotel turns out to be very Asia oriented, which made the breakfast disappointing for us. It was served in the Japanese on premise restaurant, and while it did offer some international breakfast options these were poor quality and seemed more for show than actually nice to eat. Next to that the hotel pool seems to be somewhat of hotspot for taking social media pictures. There was a constant flow of young ladies posing in bikini and taking photos of each other. To me this made it being in the pool somewhat uncomfortable for other guests to enjoy the pool area. Finally I missed the inhouse spa option for a massage. I was expecting that from a 5 star hotel in Bangkok.

Very good overall stay, would consider again
Pros:

Hotel staff, facilities, breakfast and overall experience were all amazing
Wonderful bedding and really comfortable beds and top quality toiletries
Shuttle service was a good touch too to several local malls etc
Pool was very cool and stunning views, shame couldn't use it more due to the constant photos being taken!

Cons:

There were too many people constantly taking pictures in the pool and by the pool which meant we could not swim as a family, we was always full of people just taking photos for social media it seems and it felt awkward swimming as you ended up photo bombing and just didn't feel like it was family friendly or even swimmer friendly
Maybe a few dedicated slots for family/swimming?
