Walking distance to amazing foods, driving distance to powder snow.
Pros:

Great central location with good value carparking. Can be busy at times in the lobby, staffs doing their best dealing with entitled gaijin mostly and chaos with arrivals and departures baggage.

Best hotel and breakfast in Otaru!
Pros:

Loveddd this hotel. Not only is it stylish and very central in town to restaurants, but the facilities were top notch. The onsen had inside and outside pools which I prefer. The breakfast buffet was the best I had during my stay in Hokkaido. There is also a small parking lot which was great since we had a car. This hotel is about ~50 mins to Karoro resort which was the main reason for our stay.

Overall, this Hotel is a nice and comfy hotel!
Pros:

Very convenient center location and hotel with good facilities. The onsen is nice too!

Cons:

No greetings to the guests.
Dunno why, I'm back to Japan after 6 years.
Found that, the attitude seems different... not only hotel staffs, it happened even restaurants outside.
