There's no or very minimal service

The location is ok. The property is new and clean

Cons:

The hotel provides very minimal or no service. I asked for a luggage rack. The reply was no. I asked for a bottle of water, again reply no. There are only two elevators for the entire hotel. You have to wait for a long time for it. The onsen was too busy almost all the time. I have to skip it.

Fantastic upscale hotel. Rooms are not big but the facility is new and the amenities are first rate.
