There's no or very minimal service
Pros:

The location is ok. The property is new and clean

Cons:

The hotel provides very minimal or no service. I asked for a luggage rack. The reply was no. I asked for a bottle of water, again reply no. There are only two elevators for the entire hotel. You have to wait for a long time for it. The onsen was too busy almost all the time. I have to skip it.

Great breakfast, multiple choice and all are tasty

Cons:

Laundry room is too small. Only have two washing machines and dryer. I went 5 times and finally get cloth wash. It’s not possible to wash in the evening, morning time is the best option.
