Beautiful location. Safe and quiet. Staff was absolutely fantastic, and very helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the view of the mountains is amazing!
We were on the road from visiting my son at UCLA on our way to Colorado. The room was very clean with a large bathroom and very large shower. And the shower has great water pressure. We had a king bed that was very comfortable. The room has a smart TV for those wanting access to Netflix or Prime. Fantastic place that I will definitely stay at again. The manager went above and beyond for me by helping me get my iPad that I left in our room shipped to my home in Northern California. I completed a UPS shipping label and emailed it to the manager. Awesome service!!
We've stayed at the Paloma three times now and had another amazing visit.
The rooms are clean and spacious, especially the 1 bedroom units in the main building. Price is much more affordable than a tiny unit on the PS strip.
Off-season, the resort is quite quiet and a great place for sunny pool time; the vibe picks up on weekends. We could drive to downtown PS in 15 minutes. Target and Trader Joe's are walkable in less than 10.
Nancy, our bartender down by the pool, took good care of us and made our time there special. Tapas from Sol Y Sombra were delish!
Paloma resort is amazingly peaceful with top notch rooms and conditions. All night access to the pool and spa is the best!
I absolutely love staying here. When I come to the desert I stay here.
The Paloma is an oasis in the desert. A little off the beaten path, you have the privacy to relax. Starting at check-in the staff are attentive to every need and will ensure you don’t have to lift a finger during your stay. The rooms are large and spacious and styled with modern a Palm Spring vibe.
Very beautiful rooms loved the pool and bar service
The property itself is nice. Rooms are spacious and the overall vibe is solid, so it definitely has a lot going for it.
But the cleanliness just wasn’t there during my stay. I found multiple stains on the linens, including what appeared to be blood, and several towels were also stained. There was even a small blood stain on the window shade. It’s just not something you expect to see, and it took away from the stay.
Nice place overall, but this just wasn’t it for me.
Came for a wedding and ended up wishing we had booked a longer stay. The staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful with every request. The pool area was well maintained, and the hot tub is kept warmer than most—perfect for relaxing in the evening. Food at the pool was surprisingly good (highly recommend the chicken Caesar wrap) and reasonably priced. The resort also offers pickleball with paddles to borrow and complimentary bikes, which was a nice touch. Rooms were clean, the overall environment was quiet, and the location is an easy walk to Trader Joe’s, a great French café, and a Starbucks—making quick meals and coffee runs effortless.
Loved our stay ! My husband and I, traveled with our large furry best friend to this little gem of a spot. Our bungalow was so adorable and well maintained. So comfy. Enjoyed our morning coffee sitting in the bright yellow chairs that are right outside the patio. The grounds are well maintained and lovely. We will be back for sure !
We found this by accident and actually loved everything about it…the staff was welcoming and kind in every encounter. Everything was clean and well appointed and easy! We relaxed by the pool, sat on our patio, drank the delicious coffee in bed and tried to find a way to buy the brand of bath towels because they were the perfect weight and size! We will return. Thank you
We booked a night stay at the last minute and were with our elementary age kids. The room and set up was perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool. The staff was great and responsive. The other guests were mostly couples and groups of adults.
Lucas at the bar tender greeted us with a big smile. He made us tasty drinks and was so friendly. Started our stay out right! Santiago at the front desk was a pleasure. So kind and thoughtful. The room was so cute. We loved the decor. Our pup Miss Natto liked the king size bed. We think she thought is was for her! lol. The grounds were impeccable and so lush. We had a great time at Paloma Resort.
Five out of five stars 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

This hotel/resort is in the perfect location close to Palm Desert, Palm Springs and Indian Wells. The rooms are immaculate and huge. They have an amazing pool and Pickleball courts and bikes to ride along the wonderful paths near golf courses. When I travel Istay at five star hotels, and this easily compares. They have the kindest staff. I will definitely come back and stay here with my friends and kids.
It’s an incredible facility and the people that worked there make it even more incredible!
Being pet friendly is pretty cool too.
Beautiful property, spacious rooms, excellent value, and wonderful staff. What more could you want
Very nice gem of a place to stay. Very comfortable, quiet, and comes across with a playful upscale feel. Booked on a whim from their website and others posted fabulous reviews. Staff makes a sincere effort to make sure you happy. Interesting history of site. Tasty food served at restaurant and bar by pool.
As a frequent traveler I usually stay at Marriott or Hyatt brands, but the reviews of the Paloma Resort intrigued me and I decided to visit without a reservation. Ronaldo, the Manager could not be more helpful. He personally, showed me two rooms, the one bedroom bungalow and the one bedroom upstairs suite which I booked and wholeheartedly enjoyed.
The highlights of the property is that it was super clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were open 24 hours. My room had a balcony overlooking the mountains and a second seating area overlooking the pool. They had a small workout room (no Peloton alas) and a Pickleball Court.
My rate was $134 a night which was exceptional. I could have had the bungalow for $107, but the suite was twice as big.
Breakfast was not included though they have a restaurant. Rooms had a cofeemaker, refrigerator, but no microwave, however, Ronaldo graciously heated up some food for me in the office. Parking is also free and abundant.
I can't wait for my next visit.
Cheers!
