The Paloma Resort

One of the best stay experiences we’ve had in a while. Bed was comfortable. Had a smart tv to connect to Netflix. Plenty of space for the two of us. Cute patio area where I spent mornings sipping coffee with a bunny that chose to call this tranquil space home. Grounds were well kept. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Had two requests during our stay (extra blankets and towels) both arrived within 5 minutes. Only item we thought was missing in the room would have been a microwave. Overall great value for the service and amenities. Will be staying here again next time we are in Palm Springs.

Kitsch & Colourful. Staff were friendly & helpful. Rolando at check in/out was very sweet. Bed was comfy, great air conditioning. Restaurant, Pool area welcoming & Lucas at the Bar made great cocktails. Plenty of places to sit outside. A few little things need attention in my room but I would definitely stay again.
Weekend brunch would be a great addition too.

When we arrived around 3.30pm there was no one at reception. We tried calling the phone but no one picked up. There was a notice on the table suggesting we call and help ourselves to water while we wait. There was no one in or at the pool and no staff working at the poolside bar. After about 20 minutes someone came to reception.
He explained that the bar would not be open until evening. The restaurant would only be open at the weekend so we would have to go out for breakfast and other meals. No snacks available.There was a coffee maker in the suite; the coffee was good!

The bedside lamps had no switch but operated by inserting or removing the mains plug. The liquid soaps in the bathroom had not been filled. When reported nothing was done till the next day.
The beds and bedding were comfortable and clean. The second bedroom did have a pleasant street-facing balcony on the West. There was a large porch/terrace outside the main door overlooking the pool area.
The decor was delightful - very colorful and tropical. There was a good size fridge.
Throughout the property the gardens were beautifully landscaped and the plants welltended.
Overall the management seemed very "hands off" - we were pretty much left to ourselves. We wondered if it was because the busy season was only just beginning.

This place is lovely! Like the separate cottage like room, large with sitting areas, bright beautiful colors and wall art.
Disappointed at low cleanness, there was hair in shower, bathroom floors and even found one in the bedsheets! Ewww!!

Wry nice room with plenty of space, pool and bar were nice too. Room also had fridge and living room with from porch. I would come back again.

very friendly staff. Nice layout and garden areas. Excellent bar and kitchen staff. Great place to stay. Price was very good, even for food and drinks. Close to PS and other areas. Quiet and peaceful. Will go back.

The Paloma resort Was a great all-around experience with clean, up-to-date facilities and very accommodating staff. Though they didn’t offer a breakfast service, the manager had really good suggestions for nearby local food. It was a fun and lively stay and though we didn’t take full advantage of all the facilities due to other Activities, I would for sure come back to try them the next time around.

We had a truly fantastic experience at the Paloma this past weekend. I stayed there with my friends for a bachelorette trip. Before the trip I worked with Kim to get it all planned and she was wonderful. She was super thorough, quick to respond and had great suggestions. For example, we planned to watch the Taylor Swift Eras Tour movie one of the nights in the Citrus Suite. She worked with the bartender ahead of time to make a cocktail based on what Taylor Swift has said her favorite cocktail is. It was so fun and also great!

Renting the citrus suite was great. We had plenty of time to play a few games, watch the movie and just hang out. The bartended (gosh I wish I remembered his name) was very funny, quick and helpful. Technology worked perfectly in there, I've had experiences at other locations where I've wasted time to get a movie working. No such issues this time.

Our rooms were great. The one bedroom suite worked perfectly for a gathering spot. The full sized fridge and fairly large living room space was exactly what we needed. I found the staff onsite to be personable and helpful. The phone number they provide to text was perfect, I always got a super fast response.

I have a hundred more things to compliment, like the grounds themselves, the location and the parking. Can't wait to stay again! Thanks for a great weekend.

I wish we would have known..we were only guests...waited 2 hrs to check in...pretty much closed for summer season without any warning, though advertised on Expedia.

Cute and quaint, the room: atmosphere, fixtures and the decor was absolutely adorable. Minus the broken shower head holder; bed on not the most stable (wood) frame eek. Overall the room was fine.

The landscaping and upkeep of the grounds could be worked on definitely; the pool seemed a bit cloudy but it could have been because of a busy weekend.

Pool chairs and cabanas definitely need a good dusting.

The bar staff was kind and helpful.

Beautiful, peaceful

Been here twice before for an annual retreat that's hosted there. This place just keeps getting better! Santiago, Dawn and Ronaldo were absolutely STELLAR. They helped me settle in after a storm landed me here earlier than expected. Logistical angels, they went above and beyond to help make sure I had everything I needed during my stay.

They also answered all my questions about local spots for things like spots to eat, grab gifts and do laundry. The food was also so, so delicious—compliments to the chef. Will absolutely be returning next year!
