Worth of your money, for someone who just need a stay of rest and sleep to continue your journey. :)
Pros:

Service is good. The staffs are attentive, friendly and kind.

Cons:

There's urine all over the toilet bowl. I do need to do the cleanliness by my own. However, I realised it's being done by an irresponsible fella. There's undergarment being left top of the rack. There's few shirt being simply hang out of the bathroom too. Maybe, next time can put a clear instruction to everyone. So that, some people do not take advantage and act like it's their own place but it's for public to share. Thank you.

Highly recommended for those arriving in KK late at night
Pros:

Due to my flight arrival time, I checked in after midnight, but there was a staff member who helped me. The capsule was super clean, and I liked having a mirror inside.

Cons:

The sensor sound when the doors opened and closed was quite loud, and I was woken up several times in the morning by other people’s sensor sounds. My capsule was on Level 3, and going up to Level 3 every time was a bit tiring.
