Pros:

Beautifully designed hotel that smells gorgeous, with fresh aromas misted throughout the shared spaces. The room was very comfortable with a nice scene of the Aliados square outside the window. This is a very convenient location for walking or connection to public transport. The staff will be happy to help with anything you ask. I recommend a fresh omelette for breakfast each day. They were also able to provide gluten free bread for my partner and oat milk for myself. Welcome drink of port and a pastel de nata was very nice.

Pros:

Instantly the smell was amazing and friendly greeting

Cons:

Upon checking out the next day at 5:50am we were to pay our breakfast fees and the day before I had confirmed that it was more than okay to remove our breakfast fee for the day of check out since breakfast didn’t start till 7am. The man at the front desk during checkout was rude and dismissive.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Muy buen hotel, me encanto, super bien ubicado, si bien no tiene parking, a la vuelta del mismo pudimos dejar el auto en un parking que tiene convenio con el hotel. Muy lindas habitaciones, la ducha espectacular. Super recomendable

Cons:

La zona de la piscina no cuenta con sillas o tumbonas alrededor...no es muy cómodo esto.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Porto, passionate staff and beautiful rooms.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Central location.

Cons:

The pool wasn’t quite what we were expecting. We thought it would have been bigger and have done sun loungers, it wasn’t really very sunny!
