Cons:

Нам відмовили. Ми зробили резерву на одну ніч. Нам передзвонили вечором перед заселенням і сказали, що немає вільних місць. Но насправді на сайті можна було легко зробити резерву без будь-яких проблем.

An excellent hotel in most respects, but spoilt by the noise in our room
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel in most respects with a great location, helpful and personable staff, comfortable clean rooms and good breakfasts

Cons:

A quiet room room was requested, but we were given one at the back with some acceptable street noise. However, the bar/Gio Party & Pasta venue sound system below caused noise in our room with loud base notes through the building structure and lift shaft from 5pm until midnight on the Wednesday to Sunday evenings.

Lovely hotel and staff.
Pros:

It was very central to all the attractions. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

There was no restaurant for dinner at night and the cocktail bar didn’t serve beer

Porto is een geweldig leuke stad, maar we boeken bij een volgende keer zeker een ander hotel.
Pros:

Locatie was prima, kamers waren schoon

Cons:

Kamers zijn erg klein, de "Gio Party & Pasta" een complete aanfluiting (hoge prijs, lage kwaliteit), op meerdere plekken personeel dat nauwelijks ervaring heeft en al met al absoluut niet 5-sterrenwaardig.

In der Nacht laut wegen Bauarbeiten. Der Kaffeeautomat funktionierte alle drei Tage nicht.

Great location
Pros:

The location was really good, very close to all the areas we wanted to visit. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The hotel bar and restaurant seemed a bit too quirky and intimidating,. It would have been nice to have a hotel lobby for a nightcap before bed.

Great stay in the centre of Porto
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect - right near the Porto sign and other tourist attractions, restaurants and bars. The room was lovely, the bed was comfy and the shower was incredible. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Complimentary check-out gift was very much appreciated.
