Pros:

El diseño del hotel.

Cons:

Poco confortable, el baño pequeño y se estropeó el grifo del WC y el secador y no vinieron a arreglarlo

Gode rum med udsigt, de andre mod baggården kan ikke anbefales

Kunne godt lide det værelse vi fik det ændret til, men det var også noget dyre end forventet

Værelset ud mod baggården var bare en skakt og ikke en baggård. Der manglede luft og jeg følte det klaustrofobisk

Posizione comoda, a due passi da tutti i punti di interesse. Stile dell’hotel, veramente molto molto bello. I servizi come la piscina e il bar sono interessanti, forse andrebbe valorizzato il loro utilizzo.

Cons:

Dopo cena mio marito ha usufruito del “bar onesto”(prendi quello che ti serve in modo autonomo e paghi alla fine del soggiorno) abbiamo approfittato dell’esterno (tavolino del bar bordo piscina) per sorseggiare comodamente il gin tonic, ma poco dopo qualcuno dello staff ha costretto mio marito a rientrare e lasciare il suo cocktail che stava finendo in santa pace…. Al check out abbiamo fatto presente l’accaduto, ma il cocktail è stato conteggiato ugualmente…

A very enjoyable stay in a prime location in Porto.
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and well appointed with a view of the Boulevard Aliados. From our balcony we were able to watch the prestigious Volta Cycle Race. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially when advising on and arranging restaurant bookings. The restaurants they recommended were all excellent.

Cons:

We would have preferred to have had a staffed bar and a functioning restaurant for dinner.

Pros:

El personal y la ubicación son inmejorables. Estuvimos muy a gusto y nos resultó muy cómodo que muchos de los monumentos queden muy cerca. También destacar la exquisita decoración del hotel, nos encantó.

El desayuno es bastante completo y el personal a cargo fue maravilloso. Ya sabían cuál era nuestra habitación y siempre nos preparaban una lechera con bebida de avena porque lo pedimos el primer día :)

Cons:

Es cierto que sorprende que un hotel de 5 estrellas no tenga room service, restaurant ni bar. También nos extrañó que no hubiera toallas en la piscina y que el armario de la habitación apenas era para una persona que se hospede un par de noches.

schöne, kleine Zimmer, super Lage, mäßiges Frühstück.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, sehr zentral, sehr vieles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sehr chic eingerichtet. Etwas wenig Schrankfläche zur Verfügung. Die Bäder ebenfalls klein, aber auch schön eingerichtet und praktisch.

Cons:

Der Pool ist viel kleiner, als auf den Fotos zu erwarten. Das Frühstück ist nicht besonders gut, da kann man in den Cafés um die Ecke deutlich besser frühstücken für weniger Geld.
