Would recommend
Pros:

We had a really good stay. The rooms are modern and spacious, and the staff are very accommodating if you have any requests. We had no bad experiences. Also, they didn't charge us a deposit like some other hotels. I would recommend this hotel.

一家我每次來上海都會選擇的、值得信賴又舒適的酒店。
Pros:

我在這家酒店住過很多很多次了，這裡一直都是我在上海的首選酒店。地點非常好，附近有很多餐廳選擇，酒店也一如既往保持得非常乾淨舒適！

特別特別要感謝 Peter，他非常友善又細心，無論是行李處理還是代收包裹都給了我很大的幫助，讓每次入住都非常輕鬆順利。

這次我也帶了同事一起入住，大家都非常喜歡這家酒店，整體體驗都很棒。

非常喜欢这家酒店，下次还会入住
Pros:

房间整洁，服务贴心。比如在房间里需要东西（我叫过剪刀，拖鞋，毛巾，咖啡等），打电话随叫随送。特别是有一次我发现入住的时候酒店给的大堂Cafe的饮料券被我不小心扔掉了一张，我打电话问能不能补一张，立刻送了2张到房间。服务还特别规范，入住7天，很冷的天，每天酒店门口帮忙开车门，并询问是否有行李的小哥哥都在，那么冷的天还是很好的态度。真的很赞！最后一天退房，因为行李比较多，打电话希望礼宾的工作人员来帮忙取行李，也是很快就到，最后还帮忙搬上车。其实酒店价格并不高，性价比真的很好！

房间规划的不错，但是真的不大，一个人或者夫妻没问题，两个化妆品很多的女孩就会很多东西没有地方放

Amazing holiday definitely coming back!
Pros:

Close to subway station and shopping centre, amazing staff and food was exceptional. Jenny and Katrina should get a promotion as they are brilliant staff and have gone above and beyond to accommodate our stay!

Cons:

There is nothing I can fault about our stay! All round amazing experience

A truly outstanding stay with exceptional service and very helpful staff — highly recommended.
Pros:

The hotel was excellent in every aspect. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is convenient and quiet, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is luxurious and relaxing. Most importantly, the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making the stay very enjoyable.
