Feels like home away from home and extremely quiet
Breakfast was not very great. Should off waffle maker and other options for those with diet restrictions/food sensitivity
I had a reservation with Booking.com which I had paid for and had a receipt. The lady at the desk told me the payment had not gone through. She charged me again for a room I had already paid for.
Didn't eat breakfast
Clean room. Discovered one silverfish bug that disappeared by bed stand.
Nice place, looks like new property. Very clean. Couple of items that did not sit well. We were there for nearly a week. After a few days the shower would not drain. They told us to lift the grate and clean underneath. I paid $200 more to have a higher rated hotel and being told this did not sit well with me. BTW, I was told this by 2 different employees.
Great gym.
This was a head scratcher. Two nights there were fights in the hall. The police finally were called the second night and they removed the people. Not exactly what I was expecting. I chose the top floor for being quiet but yelling and pounding was what I got. Also kicked out of dining room with my service dog. I had to read them the state law allowing service dogs in the dining room. Then returned. They say their dog friendly but not to my dog. I needed peace and quiet but not sure about staying there again after all this.
The room was smelling super bad couldn’t sleep used cologne but still it didn’t help.
Missing alot of kitchen stuff too
I used to stay here a lot , unfortunately this place is downgraded
The night front desk concierge was overtly rude. Very poorly cast within the team. Wedding day for my daughter ended a negative note because this guy was so rude. Borderline harassment. Also, booked through Expedia. Will not issue refund. Unreal.
I loved my visit. Despite the reason for my visit.
Nice clean and comfortable place to stay.
Enjoyed our 3 day stay. Very clean, comfortable beds and convenient to the Interstate. The front desk staff, Freddie & April, were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and appreciated that it was available from 6am- 10am. Shout out to the sweet breakfast ladies, Mary & Sylvia who kept the breakfast area clean and replenished. All in all, a great stay. Highly recommend this hotel.
everything went very well with check-in. when I opened the door to my room, there was plaster crumbles on the floor. It was from a terrible storm the previous day that leaked into my roof, on the 4th floor. The man at the desk sent housekeeping to vacume it immediately! she was off work, I think, but very good attitude.very good, all of them.
Great, good variety, fresh/! One of the best!
none
The Hotel was extremely clean, spacious and friendly staff.
Unfortunately this was the least pet friendly place we have stayed at. You are charged $150 for a pet fee (which we were aware of and had no problem paying) but are made to feel like your dogs aren't welcome in the lobby or the elevators because "some guests might not like dogs". I don't think it's very "pet friendly" to mainly accommodate the guests who "might not like dogs". We were made to feel so uncomfortable our entire stay because we had our pets and didn't feel like they were welcome at all.
