خدمت الغرف لا تتناسب مع قيمت الاقامه

ليس هناك اي اهتمام بنزلاء
وكان هناك مشكله في المطعم
دخلت انا وعايلتي ولم يكن هناك اي موضف ليتم السوال عن قيمت الغداء
وعند اخذ الغداء والجلوس على الطاوله اتت الموضفه تسال عن رقم الغرفه وتم سوالها عن قيمت الغداء وقالت لا اعرف يضهر عند الانتهاء
وعند الانتهاء من الغدا اتفاجاء بسعر المبالغ فيه كان عددناء 4 اشخاص وطلبو مني 903 ريال
ليش مايتم ابلاغي قبل الغداء ربما ما يكون عندي هذاء المبلغ واكون في وضع احراج
وهذا الوقعه في مطعم اوليڤ تري

Pros:

Some thing that catches my attention "all the staff are so kind" especially reception team". The room is booked was depressing as it have a very small window. I ask for a change directly they gave me another room with a big window.
Really appreciate all the good services and the attention to gust needs.

Cons:

The guy who's responsible for room cleaning is so bad I rate him 4 out of 10. For that the room hygiene in is low.
