The best hotel I've ever been to, luxurous, friendly, affordable.
Pros:

I like the fact that I've been selected as a valued guest and was upgraded and given access to the lounge. I was also allowed to early check-in which I needed to work on that same day. The ladies at the reception were very kind and lovely. I'd vote for a bonus.

Cons:

I hoped to have offered the breakfast as well, or at least given the option to select between the lounge and breakfast, eventually, I had to pay for the breakfast. Another thing is that I was lost in the corridors looking for the breakfast it wasn't clear the way to land on the restaurant.
