Отличное расположение, просторный номер, постельное белье чистое. Персонал приветливый.

Cons:

Завтраки очень слабые, в период нашего размещения шведского стола не было. Для каждого гостя выносили порционно завтрак, не уточнив даже предпочтений. Кофемашина не работала.

От заявленных четырех звезд, две явно потерялись.
Pros:

Локация, внешний вид отеля и цена

Cons:

Качество обслуживания (очень долго ждать обратную связь), состояние бытовой техники (холодильник есть но не работает, телевизор есть но не работает, половина лампочек не горят, бра вообще не работает и так далее), состояние санитарной техники (подвесной унитаз держался на честном слове)

Слышно как пукает сосед, кашляет; в душе было постоянное болото, как не отводи лейку в бок, все равно вытекала вода; тройные ковры на этаже (чемодан не перевезти) и все равно не чистые; отсутствие вешалок, даже одежду, которую отдал на стирку не повесили в шкаф;
