The room size was good

Cons:

The beds were very hard not comfortable at all. We were told breakfast was from 0700 till 1000 however when we got there at 0840 there was no food left at the buffet. We alerted staff but they only brought out a banana for us to eat when we paid for a full breakfast buffet they did not bring anymore food out. The second morning they told us due to little guests in the hotel they would not have a buffet instead brought us out a plate of food. The food brought out was inedible. The bread was so stale I would of broke a tooth trying to chew it. The food on my plate had not been refridgerated it would of given me food poisioning if I tried to eat it. The quality of the food was extremely poor. The coffee machine was not working either.

Останавливались в отеле RamaDA в Туркестане 15–16 августа 2026 года.
В целом отель оставил хорошее впечатление: персонал приветливый, номер чистый и в целом всё было нормально.
Но, к сожалению, завтрак сильно разочаровал.
Мы пришли около 09:00. Была рисовая каша, но она уже полностью застыла: даже половник был весь в засохшей каше, поэтому нормально наложить её было невозможно. Выбор еды был очень скудным, а то, что заканчивалось, практически не пополняли. Не хватало даже элементарных вещей — ложек, вилок. Салфетки приходилось брать с других столов.
Самое неприятное, что мы были не единственными, кто столкнулся с этой проблемой. Вместе с нами и позже приходили другие гости, сотрудники отеля неоднократно были приглашены и им сообщали о ситуации, но, к сожалению, ничего не менялось.
Особенно неприятно было видеть, как два иностранных гостя пришли на завтрак, не нашли практически ничего, что можно было бы нормально поесть, и в итоге ушли искать еду в другом месте.
Для отеля такого уровня организация завтрака явно требует внимания. Надеемся, что руководство обратит внимание на эту проблему, потому что в остальном отель вполне хороший и мог бы оставлять гораздо более положительное впечатление.

Cons:

Требует ремонта. Есть запах сырости. Тренажерный зал и зона бассейна тоже требуют улучшения. В первый день на завтрак был шведский стол, на второй порционная подача. Не понял. Документы пришлось ждать и напоминать о необходимости выписки.
