Perfectly adequate for an overnight stop while walking the Downs.
Pros:

Friendly staff and it was good to get a bit of a breakfast before heading off doing more walking! Room was clean and perfectly adequate after a long day, really great to be able to order a take away to be delivered!

Cons:

I didn't sleep very well, pretty uncomfortable mattress, but that might be just me!

Quiet, friendly, great value and very comfortable.
Pros:

Wonderful campsite, we stayed in the mini yurt and it was perfect for our needs. Quiet, friendly, great value and very comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing we missed was an easy way to charge our phones as there was obviously no electricity in the yurt. The cafe staff were happy for us to charge them there but maybe some hireable power banks could be investigated?

Comfortable, practical and good value for a family room. Staff were lovely and food and kitchen catered for everyone.
Pros:

Comfortable and nicely furnished family room, it was all recently done and to a high standard. Kitchen/ shared eating area was well equipped and staff were lovely. Great to see bunnies, birds and insects sharing the outdoor space.

Cons:

The room was very warm - we didn’t stay during the hottest weather luckily, but window didn’t open much due to safety (as we were on first floor) and no way of keeping the room cool. Building works across the road at the time unfortunately made it quite noisy but that is out of control of the eco lodge hosts and we were warned before our stay.

Good location on South Downs Way but lacks evening meal self catering facilities.
Pros:

Self-check worked well offering flexibility for arrival time when walking the South Downs Way. Continental breakfast was more than sufficient. Good selection of free hot drinks and biscuits in the garden/dining room. Quiet setting adjacent to the South Downs Way. Very clean.

Cons:

No evening meal possibilities within walking distance so it would be helpful to have access to the kitchen or at least a microwave. Bed was a little soft for my liking.
