Cons:

Ils n’ont pas prévenu qu’un colis était arrivé à notre nom. Nous avons du nous rendre à la poste pour ensuite retourner à l’hôtel chercher le colis (billet de train)

Excellent staff especially Fo and Bank.
Pros:

The breakfast staff was excellent very nice . The food was filling.

Cons:

You need more variety. Im from the USA and i missed bacon, sausage, English muffins, blueberry muffins. The milk and orange juice doesn't taste good, milk too watery, no oranges in orange juice. Pancakes and maple syrup would be nice too.

The location was very convenient to the airport.

Our room was not in a great location next the entrance to the elevator, but I assume it was the luck of the draw.

Great value modern rooms
Pros:

I stayed multiple times during my trip, great value for money, extremely nice staff, modern clean rooms that are very big

A short way to bts train but they offer a shuttle so no issue

Un bel hôtel mais au bout d'une rue beaucoup moins belle ! Chambre très bien, personnel correct. Équipements bien. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine lors de notre court séjour...

Cons:

Bon petit déjeuner mais il a fallu insister pour avoir la porte ouverte à 6:15 malgré les horaires affichés... Le responsable était plutôt incorrect en passant devant nous plusieurs fois sans ouvrir...

ห้องพักไม่เก็บเสียง เสียงจากห้องอื่นๆเข้ามาในห้องดังมากๆ นอนไม่หลับทั้งคืน ในห้องมีกลิ่นค่อนข้างอับ ไดร์เป่าผมชำรุด เอาไปเปลี่ยนแล้วก็ยังได้ไดร์ชำรุดอีก ผิดหวังค่ะ
