Passable basic place to stay. 3 stars.
Pros:

Decent value as a basic place. Just don't expect anything that feels luxurious or particularly well-designed. I think their ratings are inflated because they offer free gifts for good reviews.

Cons:

Breakfast was meh -- stuff constantly needing refilling, staff are slow to get to it and have to keep asking them. Not many options, food quality was pretty average, nothing really inspiring that makes you look forward to breakfast.

Soundproofing wasn't great, could hear a lot of noise in the hallways

Wifi was terrible, their in-room TV couldn't maintain a consistent connection, made using it for YouTube basically impossible, let alone streaming a show

Comfortable rooms, great value for money, friendly staff, not a great lication
Pros:

Comfortable beds, clean room

Cons:

Breakfast was poor for western customers. Fried eggs, toast/croissant and cereal. Rice, pork porridge, bok choi or mixed veg and ginger chicken are both really dishes that we would eat. It would have been great to have the option of an omelette.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The rooms were super clean and tidy. The breakfast was good and changed daily for variation. The extra pool towels were a plus.
