Great location!
Small room, which was OK, but the bathroom was super small making it difficult to use/dry yourself.
There was no outside window which made the room dark and a little claustrophobic.
The beverage facilities weren't refreshed.
The stairwell was narrow, some of the anti-slip treads were loose and we were on the second floor which was difficult for use with a walking aid.
Strategically located.Restaurants and transportation a walking distance from the hotel.
Our room was a simple recently renovated room with a small shower.
Tv with a streamer. Quiet and comfortable. There was a small refrigerator and an electric kettle with coffee bags and tea.
There was a microwave in the ground floor.
No elevator but for us was ok.
In short, excellent to explore Jerusalem.
No lobby, no other facilities but great hotel if you are looking for a central location. We recommend.
Found this hotel by chance and it was a real find. Centrally located with everything nearby. Very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Checked in quickly and professionally. Will definitely return again. Our room was at the rear and it was so quiet.
.
The location, for me, was central to what the needs were. Bed was comfortable. Staff cleaned the room daily except when asked not to since all was alright. Bathroom is small so adjust accordingly. Slightly bigger desk would be a help and a refrigerator that closed completely.
The bathroom ceiling had a leak which needed repair and to be patched and painted.
It was quiet at night and convenient to food and shopping.
Parking got a bit expensive but that’s Jerusalem.
When leaving they were painting the stairwells and lobby which looked good so far.
Would stay again if the need arose.
Hopefully at a lower rate. But it’s Jerusalem. 😜
Thank you
Staff really friendly very clean and convenient to walk around in this property you no need a car everting is close
Good
Niente asciugacapelli nemmeno a richiesta.
This hotel is not recommended because we had many problems. Every day a different one. The first day we did not have hot water and they allowed us to go to another room to shower. The second day the entrance door to the room was locked. The third ran out of water in the sink. The room had a water leak in the bathroom ceiling. On the fifth day they had to transfer us to another room because the problems with hot water persisted.
Good things: location and the manager keeps in touch on WhatsApp all the time and tries to solve problems.

Very central to all in the city, easy to found. The property was just renovate, very good!.
It was hard to find
Spot on, excellent customer service and awesome location.
I stayed for 4 nights. Although hotel was basic it was ideally located to get around Jerusalem. The room was small but comfortable. Room was made up daily ( except Saturday) with clean towels. There is no on site restaurant but there is an area where you can make a tea/coffee, use the microwave or fridge, all complimentary. La Perle is only a 15 minute walk down to the Old City and Jaffa Centre tram stop is 5 mins away where trams can whisk you to/from central station ( Yitzhak Navon ) in 10 mins or Old City in 5. Staff extremely polite and helpful and can assist you with any information you need.
Excellent staffs and good services. This hotel location is very closed to seeing sights and restaurants. They also provide us a tour visit around the city with lowest price if you plan to book outside. We love to stay here again when we have another trip back to Hue. Thank you.
I booked late so couldn't be picky with my hotel choices. I booked a double room with balcony and it was moderately priced for Jerusalem (I have stayed 3 times before).
This hotel may have been boutique back in the day, it is a little dated now and poor room facilities and no breakfast but still it was very clean.
No elevator for elderly or poor mobility but very nice check in staff will offer to help with luggage. the walls are very thin and noise heard from outside of hotel but this does not bother me. If it would bother you - don't book here! As a solo traveller I felt safe (even though there are no staff on site after 6pm)
The selling points are this hotel are the location and very lovely staff. They couldn't have been kinder/more helpful and reading some of the reviews below they must have been different staff.
I would book again, if the price was right!
