Great location but poor services overall. Not one person in hotel spoke proper English which makes communication quite hard. No pool bar and only one hour free access to spa.

Staff were good and location attractive but feels a little tired especially as the golf course has shut down - trying to be a 4 star but not quite there - lack of atmosphere and charm - charges for water in the room which really should be complimentary when 30 degrees outside and room rate is high , breakfast also very expensive considering you have to pay extra for egg options on top - again in a better class hotel this would be included - feels like a corporate Hilton.

Visiting Martin Walker’s Bruno country
Pros:

Truly beautiful setting, wonderfully elegant. Dining on the terrace with hot air balloons floating on the horizon- so picturesque. Wonderful place. Indoor and outdoor pools provide excellent relaxation. Many good restaurants nearby, but we were happy breakfasting and dining at the chateau.

Das Hotel liegt malerisch gelegen und ist wirklich ein Traum. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber. Der Service war gut, aber nicht aussergewöhnlich aufmerksam.

Der Spa war schön, aber man hat nur eine Stunde gratis Aufenthalt pro Tag als Gast. Das ist jedoch vollkommen genügend.

Das Restaurant war sehr lecker und man bot mir sogar vegetarische Alternativen an. Sehr großes Lob!

nous avons passé une nuit au domaine en famille et avons profité du Spa.
Le personnel est aux petits soins et le petit déjeuner est délicieux et offre une variété de choix.
La vue est splendide depuis la terrasse ou dans les jardins. Une superbe découverte

Pros:

Tout était parfait, sauf la piscine dans l’eau était froide. Je ne vous cache pas que j’étais un peu là pour ça et que j’ai été déçu de cette prestation, j’ai même pris froid c’est le seul bémol. Autrement vous avez un personnel de qualité et un établissement magnifique.

Pros:

Magnifique hôtel au cœur d'un beau paysage. Chambre et terrasse spacieuses, très confortables. Le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins, arrangeant également sur l'heure de départ. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, un grand choix de qualité. Le bassin sensoriel est un vrai plus très appréciable.

Un moment suspendu dans ce merveilleux endroit avec une vue à couper le souffle

Le petit déjeuner est excellent et le service à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles

La chambre au 1er étage était très bien également même si l’insonorisation laissait à désirer ( on entendait les voisins et le bruit de l’ascenseur)

Petit bémol pour le spa: pas de proposition de serviette, 2 jacuzzi sur 4 étaient en panne, fontaine à eau en panne, pas de renouvellement de l’eau aromatisée et pas de boisson chaude, ce qui ne correspond pas au standards d’un hôtel de cette catégorie.
Un geste commercial pour ces dysfonctionnement aurait été le bienvenu.
