Very clean as this is clearly a very new hotel
Staff poorly trained. Room AC struggled to cool the room. The whole place lacked any soul or atmosphere and was located in an industrial area.
It was one of the stateliest hotels we have ever stayed in, irrespective of location. It has been beautifully refurnished with wonderful finishes and furnishing. The room was big, the bed super comfortable and the shower was amazing - like standing under a waterfall! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the big breakfast was delicious. In mainland Europe or Istanbul one would pay at least 5-times as much for the same standard!
The area is a bit non-descript, but it is a perfect base if one intends visiting Pamukkale and Hirapolis by car.

The staff are really friendly and nice especially the ladies who worked in the evening shift forgot her name, but she was super helpful. A 20 minute taxi ride to the town from the hotel. The hotel is clean and spacious.

The location of the hotel - it is quite far from the center, but at the same time, being far from the city center is very quiet.
Unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected. The pictures gave the impression of a boutique and elegant hotel, but the reality fell short. I anticipated a vibrant and inviting atmosphere in the room, but it lacked energy or charm. I also assumed that the breakfast and food offerings would be exceptional, but they did not meet my expectations. Additionally, given the location, I understand that room views might be limited, but it’s worth mentioning that this also detracted from the overall experience
We ordered breakfast in our room, including menemen. While it’s a simple dish, the taste was disappointing, and we couldn’t enjoy it.
Additionally, the hot water in the bathroom wasn’t functioning properly, and we had to shower with lukewarm water. While we were offered the option to change rooms, the alternatives provided weren’t ideal. The interior design of one option felt off, with the bed placed awkwardly next to the room’s exit door, which seemed impractical and uninviting. As a result, we decided to stay in our original room despite the issues.

This is a very beautiful hotel. The room is large with a fantastic shower. The staff is helpful and speaks English. There is a lovely restaurant onsite for inside/outside dining which is very convenient. All transportation is arranged quickly with prompt on-time service. I will definitely book again at this location.
The hotel hardware is okay and quite new. But management and service software way below standard. The reception guy who checked us in told us breakfast included but then we were charged when checking out. In fact he thought we should pay the room when checking in. I told him I had paid Expedia already. The breakfast was the worst I had seen, and had to pay extra for an omelette.

Ancak yemek kondisyonları aynı şekilde değil, özellike Loca restoranı denemek istedik, maalesef menüde yazan bazı ürünler yok, zaten çok zengin menü değil ancak buna rağmen menüyü sunamamaları çok üzücü zayıf not veriyorum.
Açık büfe kahvaltı çok düşük kondisyonda, omleti dahi ekstra satıyorlar, kaldı ki bu otel fiyatlandırması Denizli standartlarının çok üzerinde. Ayrıca restoranda iki sadece iki masada müşteri olmasına rağmen, hem akşam yemeğinde hem de kahvaltı esnasında servis personeli mutfakta daha fazla vakit geçirdi. Bu konuda maalesef 3 yıldız.
This is a very lovely new building on the outskirts of a busy city. It is a perfect spot to break your journey.

Room was a good size and well heated (we stayed in winter); restaurant was fine; location handy for Laodicea and Pamukkale/Hierapolis. Our room was at north end of hotel, furthest from the main road, so was quiet.
The hot water wasn’t that hot (but OK). The breakfast was a set array of dishes served to you, plentiful and good quality but some choice and some fruit would have been appreciated.
