Goed geslapen maar slecht onderhouden hotel

Pros:

Emplacement tout près du centre ville avec tout moyen de transport. Nombreux restaurant et bar autour.

Cons:

Pas de petit déjeuner servi. Connection WiFi particulièrement instable. Système de clé numérique nécessitant un smartphone chargé et connecté à internet en tout temps. L'hotel annonce délivré la clé numérique via WhatsApp mais il n'en est rien. On doit appeler f'hotel et il envoie un SMS. Mais si on arrive tard, on peut attendre longtemps avant d'avoir queqlqu'un au bout du fil et on reste ... dehors. Pas cool !

Dramatisch!! NIET boeken!!!

Mooi pand op een centrale locatie.

Cons:

Kwamen gebouw en kamer niet in met digitale sleutel. Na hulplijn gebeld te hebben werd ons een kamer toegewezen, waar al andere mensen verbleven. Voor iedereen een rare gewaarwording. Weer gebeld.... Kregen daarna nieuwe kamer toegewezen. Ook bij ons kwam vervolgens een ander, totaal vreemd stel, de kamer binnen. Bleek ook onze kamer dubbel geboekt. Weer aan de bel getrokken bij de eigenaar. Er was weinig begrip vanuit de eigenaar. Later op de avond konden we onze eigen kamer niet meer binnen komen met de digitale sleutel. Weer moeten bellen, weer geen begrip.....
TV deed het niet door ontbrekende afstandsbediening. Dit bleek achteraf al 2 jaar zo te zijn. Ook het slecht/niet functioneren van de digitale sleutel om je kamer binnen te komen en het continu dubbel boeken van de kamers blijkt al jaren te spelen. Lees de diverse reviews er maar op na.
Eigenaar doet allerlei beloftes, maar komt deze niet na......
Ik zeg, dit hotel NIET boeken!!

It was a room.
Pros:

If you want a room in the centre of town, this is that. Otherwise no staff at all, no facilities at all (not even a kettle) and a room lit all night by the light in the hallway. A hostel experience for (cheap) hotel prices.

Cons:

Someone on site would have helped us feel safe and confident if something went wrong. And the lack of a kettle hurt.

Pros:

The AC didn't work and it was impossible to breath in the room so the windows were not opening either. The drain in the shower didn't work either and the water was not draining. There was some trash under the windows poor cleaning. The young boy at the reception was not helpful and barely spoke English

Central and comfortable but very difficult to get into. Would not stay there again.
Pros:

The location was convenient for shops, restaurants, secure parking and attractions. The bed and shower were very good. The hotel did not provide breakfast.

Cons:

The lift did not work and my partner is disabled. There are no on-site staff and getting in was very difficult: everything has to be done by phone and we were eventually sent an entry code but this took four phone calls and was very complicated. Although the room itself was clean the public areas (e.g. staircases) were not.

Ruime badkamer met bad en douche appart.
Heel schoon, en netjes kamer.
Zeer eenvoudig incheck systeem, dat gewoon zo gedaan is met je telefoon.

Zimmer im 3. Stock, Aufzug während des gesamten Aufenthaltes defekt. Keine Information darüber.
Kein Personal vorhanden.

Met de juiste schoonmaak is het een top hotel

Prima verblijf gehad, kamer had wat puntjes dat verbeterd mocht worden.
Pros:

De ligging was erg prettig. Dicht bij Den Haag centraal en het bed en koelkast waren erg fijn

Cons:

Er bevonden zich geen ramen in de kamer waardoor er geen ventilatie was. Er zat tevens een koepel in de kamer die niet afgeschermd kon worden hierdoor kwam er heel veel daglicht in de kamer wat niet heel prettig is vroeg in de ochtend.
