Gute Lage für Camogli - nur 2 Fussminuten vom Strand & Hafen.
Pros:

Super gute Lage - Parkplatz beim Teatro unter der Woche kostenfrei (Nebensaison)
Feines Frühstück - bequeme Betten

Cons:

Extras sehr teuer. Ob Extras beim Frühstück oder etwas von der Bar (kleines Bier €10). Parkplatz in der Garage € 50.00 pro Tag!
Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Etwas eng - keinen Platz um nasse Tücher zu hängen.
Dame beim Frühstückservice war beide Tage nicht zuvorkommend. Ein kleines Lächeln aufsetzen kostet nichts.

Struttura bella ma un po' trascurare. Vetri della stanza sporchi, moquette sei corridoio scolorita. Non da 5 stelle. Bagno ampio ma un po' fanè. Meravigliosa la terrazza

The is hotel is very nice. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast. The round bed was very interesting.

Cons:

The mini bar makes noises and the property knows the issue as they warned us about it at check in. It started making noises at 2 am and continued sporadically all night. We didn’t want to someone entering our room to fix in the middle of the night so we didn’t call. If they know it’s a problem, they need to fix it permanently rather than warn customers.

Vacanza culturale molto piacevole in un ambiente all’altezza di un cinque stelle.
Pros:

La comodità alla stazione e al centro della cittadina:
sono andata per il Festival della Comunicazione, quindi dovevo raggiungere i diversi siti in cui il Festival si svolgeva anche più volte al giorno.

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Non trovo difetti.

Das Hotel entspricht max. einem 4 Sterne Hotel.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ideal, man ist in 5 min. im Zentrum. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Leider hatte es die ganze Woche immer die gleichen Früchte im Angebot. Von einem 5 Sterne Hotel hätte ich mehr Abwechslung erwartet. Im Frühstücksraum war es relativ laut. Wir sind dann in den angrenzenden Wintergarten geflüchtet. Dort war es sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war sehr gross, das war toll. Leider fehlte es an Hacken. Man konnte die Handtücher nirgendwo aufhängen. Der Boden in der Dusche war schräg nach unten abfallend. Das Wasser konnte gar nicht durch den Ablauf abfliessen, welcher sich im Zentrum befand. Also das Wasser hat sich stets vorne bei der Türe angesammelt.
Des Weiteren wurde in der Lobby 24 Std. Pianomusik abgespielt. Die Musik drang durch den Luftschacht/Lüftung bis in den 4. Stock. Nachts konnte man das hören, nicht so ideal.

Bel hôtel moderne, lit confortable et très bon petit déjeuner dans un espace très agréable

Très bel hôtel avec des parties communes spacieuses, calmes et agréables, et bien situé par rapport à lamer (un peu en retrait, donc calme).

Pros:

La posizione, ottima, hotel molto curato nell'arredamento.
Mi permetto di fare un piccola critica costruttiva : l'hotel manca un pochino di personalità / calore.
In ultimo bisognerebbe aggiungere qualche appendino in bagno + un appoggia valigia in camera .
