Algunos aspectos a mejorar.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel y las zonas comunes. La presión del agua y la temperatura del agua de la
ducha excelente.
Nos pareció muy amable el trato brindado por parte de Óscar y Víctor (el encargado).

Cons:

Nos asignaron habitación con manchas y humedades en las paredes. La TV no funcionó por problemas de conexión a internet. También debo decir que la habitación tenía un desnivel incomodísimo con varios escalones en la entrada y acceso al baño.
Estuvimos 2 noches. Es cierto que el segundo día nos asignaron otra habitación con esos defectos subsanados.
Olvidaron despertarnos de madrugada como solicitamos para tomar taxi rumbo al aeropuerto.

Place is a run down, couldn’t close the window in a room, offered me another room but bathroom wasn’t clean, they fixed the window next day .

Disfrutamos mucho los tours, el hotel y la ciudad... definitivamente regresaremos.

El baño tiene moho en el techo y el agua del lavabo de manos tiene un olor peculiar al salir, como no somos de aquí no sabemos si eso es normal.

It was a decent hotel for the area
Pros:

Stairs were very steep and not very easy to climb. My grandmother had a hard time getting up and down the stairs. Also the room my grandmother was in had a huge step to get into the restroom which made it hard for her to enter

Towels seemed very old and more of a grey color as opposed to white. The staff would charge $150 pesos for stained linens but the towels all seemed super old and worn out.

Hotel aceptable por la ubicación.

La ubicación es buena y muy fácil acceso a todo el centro histórico y alrededores

Cons:

La habitación no era la que publican en Booking, eran unas arriba en segundo piso como en azotea y pequeña, las escaleras para llegar muy obscuro en la noche casi nada de luz lo cuál resulta peligroso, la tele de la habitación de las veces que la quisimos usar no funcionaba el internet casi no llegaba la señal, en el baño la regadera prácticamente pegada a la pared no les cuesta nada ponerla un poquito más al centro para que no sea tan incómodo bañarte pegado a la pared.
