Aislamiento del frio. No sé sintió que estaba en Riobamba que es fría.

An adequate hotel for one night, for how long I stayed in Riobamba,

If I had stayed for more than one night, maybe I would've found something to complain about. But this way, everything was OK.

Pros:

The place was clean and easy to find in the middle of the city. They have their own garage which was very useful since travelling by car.

Cons:

The staff didn't seem to know about my booking, even with the confirmation email on hand.
The man at front desk was trying to call the manager, but since he didn't have any reply, he ended up giving me as written on the confirmation email.
