Buenas instalaciones, necesitan meterle presupuesto al personal y alberca.
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y es cómodo. Hay restaurantes, tiendas de autoservicio y transporte publico muy cerca, lo cual lo hace conveniente.

Cons:

El personal no es particularmente amable y no tiene, o el entrenamiento o el interés de resolver situaciones o dudas para los huéspedes, pero no son groseros...solamente hacen el mínimo necesario para completar su trabajo.
En el área de albercas no hay camastros o sillas cómodas, únicamente unas sillas de plástico. Si hacen falta unas sillas cómodas y quizá un poco mas de limpieza en las instalaciones, había secciones de la Fuente y de la alberca con manchas de oxidación y le da mal aspecto.

Pros:

Not much really.

Cons:

The pool and Jacuzzi were dirty. The daytime is warm enough to get in and my grand kids wanted that. Also on one of their websites they had a restaurant/bar. No amenities at all. Most of the property looks abandoned.
