Travel time suites bel air soho

I was unable to get my pre-booked room; they told me they were fully booked and they didn't know what the problem was. I didn't get my money back either.

I didn't like anything because I didn't get the room. They were fully booked. I still haven't got my money back.

Es hat mir nichts gefallen, da ich das Zimmer nicht bekommen habe. Sie waren ausgebucht. Ich habe mein Geld bis heute nicht wiederbekommen.

We booked 3 rooms. First person booked in and was refused a key to lock the room. He then moved this luggage and found a suitable hotel nearby. I arrived with my sister and brother in law at 7:45 pm. And was
told there was 1 room. Produced the Booking.com booking confirmation and staff told us to all wait in the made up room. We were not given a key so could not leave luggage and passports un attended. Room was not clean. The bathroom tiles were black with mould. We moved our luggage out and found other suitable hotel.

The room was dirty, the bed and bed sheets were stained. The shower didn't work.
I planned to stay for a week but checked out after one night.
I've asked for a refund but received no response.

Si auto-proclama quattro stelle, ma l'appartamento è in condizioni appena passabili (pulizia, stato di usura...) per un due stelle. Non era presente la carta igienica (!), la doccia era a malapena utilizzabile.

It was not clean, didn't have any toilet paper or even some soap to wash the glasses or plates,the only socket in the apartment for a European mobile charger was in the bathroom and last the balcony was extremely tiny because of the staff they had on it.

It was dirty cold-water shower only; all cupboards had old electrical equipment in them. No cooking facilities. One knife, One spoon, two forks, 3 plates Bare live wires coming out from a broken socket next to the bed. The wifi was on and off all the time. The bathroom was in need of cleaning and painting. The toilet was blocking up every two days. No restaurant in the complex
