Great stay for a quick trip!

It was very great to stay here for 3 nights with kids. We chose here as it was close to Kidzania USA and the shopping mall, and it did be great as expected. Additionally, it was quite convenient to have wash machines in your own room! Everything was perfect except for the pool, there was excrement in the pool water…

This unit was clean. Everything was convenient. We did door dash and our food arrived withjn 15 minutes of placing orders. Shower was hot and bath area was super clean. No complaints.

It was an amazing experience

The stay was amazing. My family of 5 fit comfortably and enjoyed the pool, workout room, washer/dryer, and the apartment set up. We enjoyed going to the Stonebriar mall, Video Game Museum, and the many restaurants in the area. We truly felt at home and will be looking for this type of property for all trips moving forward. The only thing I would suggest is that the many scuffs on the white walls be touched up. Very minor compared to so many positives.

Good place to stay

I was notified after check in that there was an ongoing situation with dishwasher and that maintenance would be entering with out prior notice. Also that the sink with running water was available. Handwashing dishes in vacation is not what I want nor is intrusion! Because the situation was ongoing I would have liked the opportunity to change my plans! I won’t be back.

This property was very neat and clean!! It was close to the mall and we had a variety of dining options nearby. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again!

The apartment was clean. The shower heads were good pressure and hot. The kitchen was well appointed for making simple meals. Plenty of k-cups, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, etc. The kitchen even had dish towels. The beds were quite firm, but not uncomfortable. The only recommendation I have is that the living room could have used a second chair. This is a much better option for a few nights stay than a hotel with the two bathrooms and separate bedrooms.

The property was nice.

Kasa was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. It definitely felt like a home away from home. All we needed to get outside of what was offered at Kasa was our own food. I would stay here again if I come back to this area. I stayed with my wife and 8 month old.

Simple and clean furnishings in the unit. We were comfortable with everything inside the unit and appreciated the easy and prompt communication. Will definitely stay with Kasa again. The unit is part of a large apartment community so navigating the parking lot took some time initially but it was fine after that. The only possible downside to our stay was external to the unit. We had a noisy night the first night with loud music from the unit above us. The rest of our stay was quiet and homely.

Spacious apartment. All the amenities I needed were on hand and easy to operate. Bed was especially comfortable. Covered parking and the entire walk to the apartment. Nice as it was pouring rain.

On the whole it is a good place to stay if u are a family, shopping is very convenient as a lot of shops around the community within a walking distance.

The room was filthy with bugs and dirt. The door to get into the hotel from the garage was taped open so anyone count get in. I tried to talk to customer service to get my money back but they refused to refund me. I had to leave 30 mins after I arrived and book a hotel somewhere else.

Great stay, would stay there again. Very clean and the response when need ing help was very fast. Price was good. A little hard to find the unit first day but after that parking was close to the unit. Felt safe and comfortable walking at night.

Great space for our family to stay while on vacation. Parking in the parking garage was a good perk.would stay there again on our next vacation!
