I enjoyed my staying in your hotel, loved every bit of it. thank you so much.
Pros:

I had an excellent experience, very clean, very nice and friendly staff, the only problem was the language barrier, nevertheless they tried their best to attend to all the needs promptly, the location was very good, I could get to my destinations by walking, I loved the hotel's character, to me it looked like a museum, the breakfast was nice and again very friendly staff.

Cons:

There was some maintenance issues, they tried to fix but it didn't work like the lock on my balcony doors was broken.

Très bien localisé dans le quartier des artistes, près du zocalo, quartier calme.
Très belle décoration de la chambre, bonne douche, machine nespresso disponible dans la chambre ainsi que des capsules.
Wi-Fi marche parfaitement.
Tout était très bien.

olia a drenaje la primera habitacion, la segunda porque me cambiaron esa habitacion se le salia el agua de la parte de abajo de la taza y las almohadas olian a sudor al día siguiete deje el hotel no me devolvieron el dinero de los dos dias que no ne quede en ese hotel tuve que buscar otro. Fue muy mala experiencia

El hotel en general esta muy bien, servicio y habitaciones. Cuenta con elevador el cual fue de gran ayuda para mi mamá de 94 años. El personal del hotel fue muy amable con nosotros. Y tiene un arreglo con un estacionamiento cercano al lugar que por un monto adicional puedes dejar tu carro. Esta a 2 cuadras de donde empieza el zocalo de puebla.

Hotel has no soundproofing. There are bars nearby that blast music until 2am. Try to request a room that doesn't look onto the street.
