Le sérieux et l'amabilité du personnel

Cons:

Certaines chambres ne sont pas accessibles aux personnes ayant des difficultés pour monter les escaliers. Cela ne m'a pas gêné mais je pense qu'il faut le signaler, au cas où.

Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.
Pros:

Personnel disponible, très aimable et à l'écoute.
Petit déjeuner excellent et copieux.
L'hôtel est idéalement placé à à peine 5 minutes à pied de la place Stanislas.

Cons:

Salle d'eau un peu étroite.
Cela ne nous a pas posé de problème car nous ne sommes pas concernés mais l'établissement n'est pas adapté aux personnes en situation de handicap.

Cons:

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel : odeurs d'égouts dans la chambre, porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas, absence de chauffage mi-octobre, wifi quasi inexistant, pas de télécommande, etc.
