Sevda and the lovely gentleman are a sheer delight! They with their minimal English try and look after every need Sevda was lovely checking me in. I never saw her again but then her partner i think was an equally lovely man. He offered to help if I had a query. He fixed the shower head, the hairdryer and the leak as I felt duty bound to inform them that there were lots of issues that needed to be resolved- the shower has a trickle of water but I made it work, nut the guy was able to fix it. The place has lots of character but it needs updating. I loved the landing outside my room where I spent time on my computer. The gentlemen woke up for me as I had a very early check out . Thank you to this lovely couple for their kindness and hospitality!
The wifi is awful - hardly no reception upstairs and it was constantly intermittent to non existing for me. The shower head gives a trickle of water and the head was loose so didnt enjoy my shower experience. The hair dryer head was also loose. The boiler above my room meant that all I heard 24 hours a day was a constant engine and then the AC would make some noises that meant I hardly slept across the 3 days I was there. The noisy Turkish neighbours upstairs with kids were extremely loud above me.
It was the most pathetic experience of our life.

Otelin binası ve konumu çok iyiydi. Odunpazarı'na çok yakın, yürüyerek gitmek çok rahattı. Ayrıca tramvay durağına yakın olması merkeze gidip gelmek için de avantaj yaratıyor.
Odaya giriş yaptığımızda malesef tuvaletin ve duşun temizlenmediğini fark ettik. Tuvalette malesef bir iz, duşakabinin içinde de saçlar duruyordu. Ayrıca çift kişilik tek bir yatak rica etmemize rağmen iki tane tek kişilik yatak birleştirilmiş. Oda caddeye çok yakın olduğu için ses konusunda hassas olanlar dikkatli düşünsün derim.

There was a motion sensor in the lobby that rings an alarm whenever anyone walks in. But we were put in the room right next to the lobby which was uncomofrtable, so whenever we left our room, the alarm would ring. And if anyone else came into the lobby, we would hear the alarm.
Also, we felt like we had no privacy, as the window in our room was on street level on a very trafficked street. It was also pretty loud.
And no parking. Which is a huuuge negative.

The only positive aspect of this hotel was the cleanliness of the bed linens and sheets. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing.

I specifically booked a room with a large double bed. However, upon arrival, I was given two single beds pushed together instead. This was uncomfortable and did not meet the booking description. The bed was not stable or comfortable, and I experienced significant back pain as a result.
Additionally, the internet connection was extremely poor. Although I was provided with the complimentary Wi-Fi password at reception, I was unable to connect properly during my stay.
The room I was assigned was located near the lobby on the ground level. It had no proper view and faced directly onto the road, which made the environment unpleasant and noisy.
Overall, aside from the clean sheets, the stay did not meet my expectations.
Super vriendelijk hotelletje op uitstekende locatie, dicht bij de oude wijk Udunpazari. Fantastische prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Ik had geen ontbijt geboekt en ze hebben mijn was gedaan en ik mocht er niet voor betalen. Turkse gastvrijheid op zijn best.
