Clean design, comfortable rooms
The stairs to the room but it’s not very disturbing
Wonderful staff - going out of their way to make our stay perfect. Fabulous food, made to order. Very relaxing environment.
The staff are wonderful at this property. They gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and looked after us when our tour was delayed slightly
The property is slightly out of town but we liked the walk and all the taxis knew the hotel and were cheap.

Tout était parfait. Nous avons séjourné dans deux chambres différentes : small cabine et attic. Les chambres sont magnifiques, l'hôtel est incroyablement bien décoré. Le personnel est au petit soin, et d'une extrême gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Je recommande de séjourner mille fois dans cet hôtel intimiste !

Amazing friendly hotel, feels like staying with your favourite family in El Calafate. Lovely gardens and boutique type interior on edge of town near lake. Great staff team who were willing to engage and discuss what we were doing and delivered beyond our expectations. We stayed in the two bedroom bungalow at the back of the property, which was delightful with good facilities inside and a couple of chairs on outside veranda to enjoy the sunshine.
Great stay
The hotel was lovely. Rooms were beautifully decorated and the staff all spoke very good English and were very helpful. Breakfast was nice and we had plenty of food and could get 2nds. They even offered us apples and bananas to take with us. The packed breakfast was also very good.
My only disappointment was that we had a kitchenette and there was no kettle or small saucepan to warm water to make tea or coffee and we had to order this and it was very expensive. Also the heating was left on and the room was very warm. We requested for it to be turned off and they did on the 1st night but not the 2nd night even when I had informed the staff about it. When we realised it was quiet late at night and we had an early flight so I could not go out and inform the staff.

A little far from town, but this didn’t matter too much as there were restaurants close by and the food at the hotel was excellent.
