Just satisfactory stay
Pros:

Great staff and perfectly located in Centro Mendoza. Rooms and especially bathrooms need to be updated. Breakfast is very limited and options are not announced. Spotty Limited WIFI. Sound from street and sound information poor if light sleeper.

Was terrible experiencia , i just left my baggage for few hrs, just until I found another hotel, and then go back to pick up my baggage, I never go back to this property!!!!
Smells humidity, the room is not what they showed in the pictures!!

The welcome, service and facilities were all first-class, gold-medal. The pool area and patio area is made for relaxation and/or reinvigoration after, as a break or before the “rigours” of touring Mendoza.

Pros:

I think in general it was just an unlucky visit. When arriving, the room was only partially cleaned: the room was missing all the amenities including toilet paper, soap and shower gel and the floor was full of hair. During the visit also toilet seat broke down. It was all taken care of but not with the most professional manner. For example, the toilet repair man came in two hours before the checkout. I believe they try their best but it’s just not enough.

This is a small hotel, with the best staff and the best location, the rooms are named after the owner’s kids and nephews. Very clean, staff I have only one word for the hotel “exceptional” if you go to Mendoza Argentina you must stay here. Thank you Hotel Casa Reconquista.

A casa é linda, muito limpa e organizada. Fiquei em um quarto de solteiro com banheiro compartilhado e não tenho do que reclamar. Todos os funcionários são prestativos e fazem o possível pra ajudar com as informações. Recomendo muito esse lugar.

Pros:

When I arrived I was surprised to see it was a house, once inside and with the help of the front desk attendant “Agustin “ that showed us the house and the way that it worked i realized it was a great place for us.
Our room was big and it had a bathroom, very comfortable.

Viajamos eu e minha filha e ficamos no quarto Chloe, era uma cama de casal e uma cama de solteiro com banheiro individual para nós. Os colchões eram bastante moles, a porta do banheiro não fechava direito, a agua da pscina estava suja, cortina do quarto não era blackout então sempre entrava luz pelo quarto. Café da manhã razoável. O pessoal do atendimento na recepção eram amaveis.

Pros:

Staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Good breakfast and great location between centre and Aristides street for restaurants/ bars. Breakfast was good.

The solo room was too expensive for what it was - no natural light, almost no furniture (no bedside table, no hangers, no mirror). Plus a very soft thin mattress.
