Pros:

The location is very good, you can reach everything by walking. Personel was friendly. Room services could be better, rubish were not always taken, beds were not made too.

Cons:

If you are a light sleeper - i do not recommend this place. Walls are paperish. You can here everything what is happening below, above and around you. Unfortunately, neighbours were super loud.

Dezamagitor, serviciile nu sunt de 4 stele

Hotelul este frumos, curat, personalul de la micul dejun este foarte amabil, micul dejun foarte bun

Cons:

Am rezervat o camera king deluxe, la detaliile careia era mentionat spatiu exterior, cu masuta si scaune si o baie incapatoare, in schimb am primit o camera fara spatiu exterior deloc si cu o baie extrem de mica. In camera nu exista absolut nimic de baut, nici apa macar, personalul de la receptie ne-a mentionat arogant faptul ca "suntem in Ungaria si aici apa de la robinet este potabila", precum si ca spatiul exterior prevazut la descrierea camerei este de fapt canapeaua cu fotolii de pe holul din interiorul hotelului, de langa lift... As aprecia-o ca pe o explicatie destul de penibila si clar nu pt o locatie de 4 stele.... In plus, la cele 4 stele, nu au in camera nici papuci, nici halat, nici accesorii de curatat incaltamintea etc, intr-adevar este ff curat, dar gasiti in camera doar sapun si gel de dus, absolut nimic altceva, nici macar o sticla de apa. A fost dezamagitor pt ca am avut o ocazie de sarbatorit, am vrut baia mare, spatiul exterior, am comandat ceva si am primit cu totul altceva...
