Pros:

The beds were comfortable…the outdoor area was nice. Room was clean and super comfortable and the. Name on the TV was a nice touch. Also workout facility was top notch

Cons:

First off there was no breakfast which there could have been because of the space. The coffee in the lobby at check in was cold and the lid didn’t fit. Simple attention to detail. Was there a guest happy hour at the lounge?

I like the staff and the location the hotel was in

Cons:

My room wasn't clean, the shower had hair on the walls of the shower and the floor of the shower. There was also old food in the refrigerator that smelled really bad

Schönes, modernes Hotel, verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Sehr komfortabel mit schönem Lobby Bereich

Cons:

Beim ein- und auschecken jeweils 20+ min gewartet ohne das Personal aufgetaucht ist. Obwohl wir aktiv danach gesucht hatten.

we didn’t get our room until 1202am !!! they were short staffed and didn’t have rooms cleaned the poor front desk staff had to do it we weren’t even the only ones waiting for a room it was ridiculous never seen anything like it
