Very bad experience, not as expected

Nothing at all

Cons:

We were very upset with the hotel it was not maintained like how it should be. Wifi was not in coverage, AC WAS NOT in condition. Food is very expensive if you buy. Complimentary is as usual ok not as expected.

The total stay was not satisfied or value for money. We would have got better stay inn if known.

Staff were very patient to handle the situation .

The pricing shown on booking.com is excluding taxes.That's what the staff informed this was surprising, I had to pay 1050/- extra as tax.
