There was a deer feeding station right behind the fence on the balcony. So we saw deer, black buck, zebras, and a cow from our balcony.
We loved everything about it.
Feeding giraffes and playing with otters were a nice experience. The area is clean. The view is calming from the room. The bed & the cover was one of the best or even the best!
scheduling activities is terrible and they never on time its always 15-20 min late for everything. The first day they served nuggets literally black black like rockets I am not sure how they accept to put it on the plate that was weird. the gold package include couple of activities just when we arrive and asked about when to do it they said they are not doing it anymore. Recommended for a day or two maximum

This was a unique trip and holiday for my adult daughter and me. The cabins were clean and exactly as described on their website. We participated in most of the events offered and enjoyed interacting with and learning about the exotic animals. The staff is very knowledgeable; we were educated on many aspects of nature and wildlife. We went horseback riding twice and found it challenging yet enjoyable. We plan on returning someday, so our stay was top-notch for two nature and animal lovers.
We traveled with small kids and they really enjoyed animal encounter activities. The room is spacious and clean. Our kids reall want to go back again soon.
Loved everything from the moment we arrived. The animals, the staff, the property, the tours and the cabin were all top notch!
This was an expensive vacation for me but shared some very special moments with my sister. Many once in a lifetime experiences.
Costumer service wasn’t that great. Very stubborn concierge when we explained that both Expedia and Blue Hills Ranch were charging us fees. Also they charged for my one year old an extra fee when both the owner and policy stated they wouldn’t, the employee didn’t understand. We weren’t trying to argue with her so we left it at that.

This was an amazing property for our family who loves nature. The cabin was extremely clean, had a fun pirate theme and felt incredibly cozy. Being able to watch the exotic animals feed in our back yard, as well as the sunset from the deck was a bonus. I would highly recommend paying extra for an ATV Safari tour which takes you around the entire property and allows you to see all the animals up close. This is a place that my 11 year old son (and us!) will be talking about for years to come.
The place was clean and staff was very informative, and cabin is adorable for the the kids, comes with basic amenity !!
It was an amazing experience! The kids were so excited to feed the animals. We were not able to stay long but the stay was comfortable and kids were excited the whole time.
This place is magic. Pure magic. The cabins are fantastic (we stayed in Scallywag), so well appointed, so clever and the softest most comfortable bed!!! The microwave, coffeemaker and dishes were also great! But really, it’s all about the animals!!! Well, the animals and the incredible people who care for them!! This was a truly life changing experience. Go, if you get the chance, just go! And if you leave the cabin always being a few treats, you never know who you will run into on your walk!!!
