Pros:

Есть горячая вода, чистые номера, очень вкусный завтрак

Cons:

Проблемы с вай фай, плюс было очень шумно отель находится рядом с дорогой и шум постоянный от машин плюс ночью с соседних отелей или с улицы было также очень шумно
Была 5 ночей и не разу не предложили уборку.

Everything was excellent! The room was comfortable and very clean. There was hot water, drinking water provided, and even a kettle and a refrigerator in the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There is also a great Arabic rooftop restaurant just a 10-minute walk from the hotel where you can enjoy delicious food and a nice atmosphere.

The staff was very helpful. They helped with our onward travels. Chandan did a great job in making our stay very comfortable. The hotel is clean the food good! The rates are low for the nice accommodations. It is in a quiet neighborhood.

Good value for money.
Pros:

The staff was extremely nice and friendly. Bringing extra towels, water, always checking in on us. The location is good and easy to get a taxi. It is not too loud. The towels and bedsheets were clean and there were no bugs.

Cons:

The rooms weren’t the most clean. The bathroom could be cleaner, the floor was a bit dusty.

Clean, modern, good food at the restaurant, good relation between cost and product and fine location, both for the airport access and for sight-reading (since the yellow metro line is directly across the avenue).
It is a direct 50'-60 minutes ride into Connaught Place, for instance.

Exceeded my expectations
Pros:

We booked the hotel at short notice because we had already booked another hotel, which absolutely did not match the pictures/reviews here on Booking.com. Since we asked the hotel directly about the price, we wanted to see if it would be cheaper than booking directly through Booking.com. That wasn't the case. Therefore, we recommend booking directly through Booking.com. About the hotel: Both the amenities and the ambiance are truly top-notch. We were absolutely satisfied with the value for money. The breakfast buffet isn't anything earth-shattering, but it was absolutely adequate. The rooms were clean, and the amenities in the rooms were very good. Given that this property is a budget friendly option, I was very impressed by the staff, the facilities, the restaurant, overall maintenance, and cleanliness. Good location in Gurugram. Would not hesitate to book again.

Easily Approachable and Excellent Service

Safe environment, Good service, the rooms were clean. Also the food provided was delicious and on time. I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service. The room was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and had a breathtaking view. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe stay.
