Buen cuarto, mal desayuno, caro parqueo
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. En la descripción sale parqueo pero hay que pagar $20 diarios que no sale en la descripción.
Las camas son muy buenas, la habitación muy comoda

Cons:

El desayuno es malisimo. Yo lo tomé como parte del paquete, pero no vale la pena. Solo hay a la carta, el café es pésimo.. vayan a desayunar a otro lado. La atención al cliente no es muy buena. Tienen poco personal que tiene que hacer de todo

Would stay again but a little concerned re dogs allowed to stay

good property, front entry staff wasn't available when needed, pricy for not being downtown.
Cons:

Staff was not at the counter for reception or check out. Had to look around to find them on every occasion we needed them.

It was a strong A-! The 2 employees that we had contact with were very pleasant and responsive.
Pros:

WE did not eat breakfast. We are breakfast eaters but not enough to justify $15.95. FYI we did see families with children come to breakfast and leave due to the cost. Coffe was great.

Cons:

We had to ask for shampoo and toilet paper. The shampoo bottle was empty and we put on the last roll go toilet.

Comfortable, overall clean and decent location. I would stay again.
Pros:

The hotel is nicely decorated. The bed and room were comfortable and has nice amenities. The layout was thoughtful.

Cons:

Room cleanliness starting to show wear--a little attention to minor details would help.

Overall disappointing but the manager did try to help.
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The TV service went out during the Olympics Men’s Final Hockey game. Coffee pot leaked. Reserved a room with a king and got two queens. Parking expensive and not very convenient. Room rates high for what we got. The manager at checkout was very understanding and adjusted the bill.
