Pros:

the facilities are top notch

Cons:

lets start with breakfast which isn't included , one hr wait for our partners breakfast one and a half for ours, room service cleaned the rooms took all the used towels and did not replace them, nor the coffee pods we used or cups! next parking huge parking lot that costs 30 per day and this hotel is about 1.5 miles from downtown!
also had a health emergency at home tried to cancel , would have cost one days price per room

Great
Pros:

Did not have breakfast but it did look very good and many guest were enjoying it. We did not eat because we were have lunch at the Fish House which was excellent.

Cons:

Nothing, its a great place. We would defiantly stay there again.

Pool was great and all but 1 staff were excellent

Cons:

1 x reception staff, who was on his mobile on our arrival, was very unwelcoming on checkin. Offered minimal information so we had to ask numerous questions, even down to where was the lift. As we left the hotel for the first evening, he was sat on a guest sofa again on his mobile which summed up his customer service skills

The stay overall was ok, then hit with another $90 charge?? RIPOFF
Pros:

$30 a day to park after paying dearly for a room?? This charge was not explained to us and then shows up on our bill. I would have parked on the street if I had known. This is a total rip- off!
