Comfortable, overall clean and decent location. I would stay again.
Pros:

The hotel is nicely decorated. The bed and room were comfortable and has nice amenities. The layout was thoughtful.

Cons:

Room cleanliness starting to show wear--a little attention to minor details would help.

Overall disappointing but the manager did try to help.
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The TV service went out during the Olympics Men’s Final Hockey game. Coffee pot leaked. Reserved a room with a king and got two queens. Parking expensive and not very convenient. Room rates high for what we got. The manager at checkout was very understanding and adjusted the bill.

Pros:

Didn't get the breakfast. Not paying 15 dollars for breakfast that most places is included. Also had to pay to park on the lot. Absurd!

Cons:

There was a very poor communication and responsiveness when I need help with retrieving forgotten item. I had to make 3-4 phone calls and had to wait on the line more than 15-20 minutes.

Not worth it,Nice from the outside but the room was a 4 out of 10. Wouldnt recommend

Lobby was nice

Cons:

Bathroom door was broke.Toilet paper roll was hanging off the wall with drywall spackle covering the hole with no paint.Tv channels kept freezing.Some sort of dried goo on the left side table next to bed.Bed was horrible,spouse and I both had back pain when we left.Over $400 for 2 nights the stay was disappointing.
