stay was fine but wasn't happy to have to pay for parking
Pros:

liked the convenience to downtown and attractions. hotel was nice and clean

Cons:

Didn't like and wasn't advised at check in that I was going to be charged $30 for parking on the hotel property.

The stay overall was ok, then hit with another $90 charge?? RIPOFF
Pros:

$30 a day to park after paying dearly for a room?? This charge was not explained to us and then shows up on our bill. I would have parked on the street if I had known. This is a total rip- off!

Not transparent, hidden fees, consent not obtained for charges.
Pros:

Room and beds were clean. Staff asked husband for his credit card for incidentals, then charged $30 for parking, without informing him. When questioned, we were told the charge is on the website and welcome letter. I was sent neither since I booked through 3rd party. Additionally, breakfast buffet is not included, it is $16 per person for average hotel breakfast. Hilton Honors doesn't get you parking or breakfast, only points at this location.

Overall, I would stay again because the location to the historic district was close.
Pros:

The customer service was extremely helpful and professional. The property is clean and you will see someone cleaning somewhere throughout the day.

Cons:

This may be minor to some, however, I personally need the ac cooling the room at all times. Also, there need to have smart tvs in each room . I was not able to watch a movie by casting my iPhone.

Great Location & Outdoor Pool
Pros:

This resort is very nice, clean, and in a great location. The food is delicious, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean with plenty of towels, great water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. The pool was enjoyable and a great place to relax.

Amazing Service
Pros:

It was close to where I needed to be. Good location. The rooms where super nice and quiet. I've never been in a cleaner hotel. The staff was amazing and helpful. I couldn't have picked a better spot and hotel. Beautiful in the historic district.

Cons:

You had to pull the door shut when you left. It is really tight seal on the door so when you came in or left you had to pull or push it all the way shut. The only other thing was the glass shower door kept trying to open while I was showering.

Excellent choice in St. Augustine!
Pros:

Perfect location in the Historic District! Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Excellent on-site restaurant. Was really surprised how good the food was! We had breakfast and dinner there each day of our stay. Staff were kind and professional. Our dog loved it too.😄

Girls trip.

Booked an Ocean View Room.
Pros:

Booked an Ocean View Room for 4 nights. The hotel did not explain there is a busy road in front of the hotel with traffic noise starting at 6:00 AM . The ocean is a away on the other side of the road.

The rooms needed updating and has single pane windows.

Nikky of the staff was very understanding as we checked out the next day and moved to another hotel.
