The room was big and very clean in a great spot with a beautiful courtyard and rooftop bar.

Cons:

The shower water was cold and we had 2 small kids so this was difficult to shower with them. We asked for help with the water but were told the water was hot.

Pros:

テルミニ駅まで徒歩１０分以内なのでどこに行くにも便利だった。徒歩１分の場所にPAMというコンビニエンスストアのようなお店もあって朝食等の調達も容易だった。洗濯機はないが、冷蔵庫や広々としたバスルームなどは快適に利用できた。毎日掃除やタオル交換もしてくれるので快適に過ごせた。到着出発の際も荷物を預かってくれて助かった。

Cons:

エレベーターが小さくて４人しか乗れず、８人のグループだった我々は低層階の部屋に泊まった４人が毎日階段で出入りしていた。

Sentho Roma was the perfect landing spot for our start of vacation in Italy.
Pros:

The facility was comfortable and well maintained. We loved the courtyard and rooftop bar. The staff was helpful and friendly whenever we had interactions

Nice location and room, disappointing kitchenette and breakfast
Pros:

Great location and the room was lovely, comfortable bed

Cons:

The kitchenette facilitates could have been better, not even a water glass to use. Also the breakfast buffet was disappointing, and we got an simple omelette made but unknowingly had to pay €25 for this, which was a surprise and disappointing given the lack of gluten free options

Excellent stay in fabulous neighbourhood
Pros:

Room was very comfortable and the beautiful big windows that open to street were amazing! Great air con and space for our family of four. Staff extremely helpful and kind. Excellent location on great street in Monti with cute shops and restaurants but also very peaceful and quiet.

Cons:

Outdoor spaces look lovely in the photos but due to heat difficult to take advantage of. And a few bugs in courtyard. But would be great not in peak of summer.

Pricey but worth it—the garden respite in the middle of Monti is unmatched.
Pros:

We booked a garden suite. Beautiful hotel, lovely garden, and a large, modern room. Nothing but good things to say about this place. We didn’t have the breakfast. The location is incredible.
